Welcome to the annual Ball of Stars! This ball is dedicated to the one night where the stars of Kyngdom perfectly align. This ball is therefore open to the public!
Food and beverages will be provided, as well as music. Since we want everyone who wishes to come to the Ball to be accounted for, please be at our castle in Northeastern Kyngdom by 6:30 PM sharp. Our doors will close at 6:31. At exactly 8:00, the ballroom roof will open and lights will turn off so everyone can gaze at the night sky and at the beautiful stars! There will be box seats for all Nobyls and for those who reserve them. (All they are really used for is so you can relax if you are tired.)
This ball can be on any NEARBY day that is decided on! Everyone is welcome!

Presumably her teacher, given that she was excited when he offered, but it's really up to her. Lessons could also help her understand and interact with the Crown's magic. She doesn't know it's in her, though, right? Someone's going to have to tell her eventually... Doing otherwise would compromise her trust, and we know how that would turn out from Mina. Of course, it's possible to keep it a secret until she asks, but it might be best to tell her before then, just in case.
