Nygrune, hm... This is going to be a long post.

I've always pictured him as having a darker skin tone, although the shade varies. My best guess is between chocolate and a deep tan. His hair I've pictured as black, dark brown, light brown, bleached yellow-white, bluish gray, and silver, and in several different styles. Curly buzz cut, short and straight, dreadlocks... It doesn't really help. The only thing that stays the same is his eyes, which are a dark brown that can be hard to tell from black. And the blue. He always wears blue for some reason, usually a shirt, although it's not often the same one. It's always a really pretty blue, although its shade changes as well, but it's usually something like cerulean or sapphire or the sky. My best guess as to why I think of him as ever-changing is that he's had a lot of different looks over the years. I think his hair probably started out brown, then darkened to black or near-black, and then just recently he would have started to dye it pale. The style of it would have gone from short to a buzz cut to short again to long to dreadlocks, and the dreadlocks would have been dark for a while before he started bleaching/dyeing. They're past his shoulders by now, although I'm not sure how far.

And now: wardrobe. He wore the usual sneakers, pants and T-shirt when he was a kid, maybe overalls when he was really young. He might have had a hoodie and jeans for a while, probably in late elementary or early middle school. That's over and done with, though, because now he's into sci-fi and steampunk. It's pretty cool, actually; a nice blue shirt under a brown vest that probably has pockets and straps and brass rivets, a pair of aviator goggles holding back his dreadlocks, a good belt with lots of pouches, and baggy off-white pants stuffed into tall brown boots that have plenty of straps and buckles. If he ever went to spy on the Brazen Inquiry Guild, he loved the lab coat. He doesn't always wear that stuff, of course, but he likes it. He sometimes has a ponytail, and sometimes wears some simple brass or silver jewelry. I think he might have ear piercings.

I hope this wasn't too much, but that's what I think Nygrune looks like.
