SailHaven is my home city. It is a floating city, with a network of tunnels, allowing crime syndicates to evolve. The scientists there mostly develop implants, like blades in arms, or wearable tech, like monicles with lenses for seeing in the dark and stuff like that. I got exiled after creating blades that could be installed in arms, but they worked like a cat's claws, and could be hidden completely. After several assassinations, they had to punish me for making them.

Elliot what should I do? I just escaped from Octavia so I can help. Also, I stole some plans from Octavia's old fortress for some kind of mask. Maybe if we can make one it will make a filter to keep out the plague.

i run into the ruins of the palace to see Elliot, Kimilene, and Sprocket in a council of war. I run in and say, "we need to be ready for battle now! Octavia has mutated into She Who Is All! And, my sister has the stone. I guarantee they will both be here within hours!" I look down at my arms, "also, does anyone know a blacksmith who can get these gauntlets off?"
