SailHaven
(I will do an explaination, then people can add to the story.)
SailHaven is my home city. It is a floating city, with a network of tunnels, allowing crime syndicates to evolve. The scientists there mostly develop implants, like blades in arms, or wearable tech, like monicles with lenses for seeing in the dark and stuff like that. I got exiled after creating blades that could be installed in arms, but they worked like a cat's claws, and could be hidden completely. After several assassinations, they had to punish me for making them.

As dawn broke on SailHaven, the police made their move. The crime groups had become too daring, and they had been caught. But the criminal was much too fast. He jumped and ran with a spider-like agility. The crime groups had been geneticly modifying thieves again.
As the chase continued, the vast SailHaven Market opened. Airships docked and their contents were unloaded. Multicolored tents arose to touch the sky. Æther metals were created in the BlueSmith's shops. And the royal collage discharged a group of scientists, who bought metals and pure Æther in little glass bottles.
As the city worked, the sun began to slowly set, and the lights illuminated the city. This is SailHaven

I have found you, Elliot. Miss SailHaven, well, you can go back. For the trial.

You will have to catch me...

So if I am right this is like a floating steampunk city?
(May 31, 2016 - 12:31 pm)
Yes.

Cool. I like it

Sprocket ran through the streets, taking seemingly random turns and twists. The police ran after her, their heavy footfalls pounding through the narrow alleys and avenues.
After taking a hard right, Sprocket looked over her shoulder. The police had anticipated her turn and were closing in. She turned back and let forth a burst of speed that she knew wouldn't last long.
Taking a sharp left, Sprocket ducked into an alley, ran to the end, and turned to face her pursuers. The head man was tall and muscular, with a squarish, mishapen head. His partner was short and fat, his face red from the exertion. "Well, well, well," the tall one said." Seems as if we've hit a dead end."
He smiled a wolfish grin and lunged for her. Sprocket doged his lunge, and the man went headfirst into a box of crates that promptly toppled onto him.
Not waiting for the fat one to advance, she jumped, pushed off the wall, and kicked the man in the nose. He yelled and tried to grab her, but she twirled away from his swinging arms. "Missed me," she said with a smile.
She switched her arm mechanism to fist mode and hit the policeman hard in the gut. The force of the blow knocked him backwards, where he lay still. Not waiting a second, Sprocket flipped her arm to suction track and climbed up the wall onto the rooftops. Running along the tops of the buildings, Sprocket twisted her arm, pushed in the password, and unlocked the secret compartment located in her forearm. She smiled. The tiny stolen blue gemstones that were the cause of all of this trouble were still there.

You may have escaped the regular police, but I will give you the challenge of a lifetime. Lunges at Sprocket
(May 31, 2016 - 9:34 pm)
I leap across the rooftops, occasionally glancing back behind me to check for pursuers. Rule number one in the streets: never assume that your enemy is defeated.
All of a sudden a dark shape lunges out at me to my left. I dodge, twisting out of their reach. The person stumbles and regains their balance, then lunges again, this time flicking out blades from their arm. The blades slash my arm, badly inguring the precision controlled blades and the hydralic finger movement. I yelp and back away, my real hand protectivly on my secret hatch. If they get hold of the stones... I didn't finish the thought. I couldn't take any chances, not after how much I had sacrificed.
I run at the person, dodging out of the way of their swipe and kicking them in the gut. They stumble and slip on a loose tile. As they tumble down the roof they grab my leg, pulling me down with them.
We hit the ground hard, and I hear something crack. The person yelps and holds their leg, wincing with pain. I scramble up on to my feet and stand over them. I know I should run, but for some reason I wait. "Who are you," I breathe, not really expecting an answer. The blades that they had spun out of their arm was so amazing. "My name," they say," is Elliot.
Sorry Elliot for controlling your charrie. Did you want something else to happen?
(June 1, 2016 - 2:44 pm)
You did a great job!
(June 1, 2016 - 4:43 pm)
I gasp. Elliot? The one who made the famous claw blades? The one who was supposed to be exiled?
Elliot laughs. "Surprised?" he questions.
"You're not suposed to be here," I gasp.
"Well, seems as if we are even. You aren't supposed to have those gems, I'm not supposed to be here. Now tell me, why did you steal them?"
I shudder. If anyone finds out why I have the gems, I could get in more trouble than I am already. It could be fatal.
"Thats none of your business," I snap. "Now please be so kind as to leave me alone."
I turn around and run, hearing his/her(sorry i don't know which) laughs fading away behind me.
Sorry again for controlling. I will stop if you want me to.

I am a boy, and you are still doing great!

Hey, Elliot! I have a question.
My character, Trill, was not born in SailHaven. Nor were Meela or Charla. But, I would like to make a character on the spot of this RP, because the idea of SailHaven sounds extremely interesting. No joke. Would that be okay? Or would I have to do it on the Who's here? thread?
Thanks.

I think it would be cool to have a few charies that are only on this thread. Go ahead!
