You all have fought very hard. But we are all fighting for sides that we think are right. This is war. Innocent people die, but we continue to fight anyway. And once you're in, there is no stopping until one side wins. People on your side think that the other side is evil, while that is what people on the other side think about you. Who's really right? You think that you are fighting for the greater good, and so does the other side. Do you really know the people that you are fighting with? Do you really know and trust the ones that you kill with? Do you know why they joined? Do you know why they are on this side? Who can you actually trust in war? War is merely the fighting of, not people or animals, but viewpoints. And because one side wants their viewpoint to win so badly, they pay for their win with bloodshed and many other prices. Many may say that way is the only way, and it can't be stopped. But it's not the only way! You think that the sole way to disagree and to have your viewpoint win is to fight those who disagree with you? Is that the only way now? That's not thinking, that's reverting back to the thing that is the most sensible when anger blinds you. If one side acts drastically against the other, you may feel as though you need to fight. But, again, that is the only sensible thing when you let anger take over and blind you.

No one wins in war. So stop trying to win it now.

I grab my sword, and look around the wastes around SailHaven. Scions scuttle around my feet, and I crush whichever nasty bugs I can. 

Octavia will be found. I will win.

I am the king on the throne of shining glass, who's sword rests apon the wall, but I will reach for it soon. War is coming, and I will know that I will win.

Ready the autamotans. Pull out your weapons.

Ms. Sprocket, I feel confident you can lead the denizens. Ms. Gossamer, can you help me with stratagy. Ms. Coggs, can you help me lead my troops as a assiistant general?

Octavia has dropped some hints, and I have found them. I beleve Catastrophe will attack here if he attacks, so we need to keep our guards up. Everyone still with me?

I am heading to the forests to meet with Alex soon, so I will only be here for a week. But I will be back after about two days.

Are we ready? 

um... Elliot, I am currently kidnapped by Octavia so... Could someone rescue me?  Here is what has happened to me:

i came to in a dungeon. It was not a nice place to be at all (duh) all dark and slimy. My head was pounding and as I try end to sit up I realized that I was chained to a wall. My wings were gon and large metal gauntlets were locked to my arms so I could not unsheathed my blades. Something else was missing, I though for a minute and then realized what was wrong. The stone was GONE! I. I lurched to my feet, the chains rattling, " where is it?" I yelled. " give me the stone! You don't realize what you're doing!" My yelled faded away into the dark and I realized with horrifying clarity that Sasha would soon have the EndStone back.

I get out of my bed. My back hurts like heck, but I was at least able to walk. I guess that being a vampire had healing powers along with everything else. 

I walk out of the hospital, wincing slightly. I look up and see Elliot, standing there outside the hospital. I scowl and walk over to him.

He nods as I walk up, and I nod as well. I stand in front of him and stare blankly at him. Does he not realize what I just went through?

He clears his throat. "Ms. Sprocket, as you know SailHaven is in critical condtion. I feel confident that you will lead the citizens into battle. Also, you need to assemble all of the automatons in the city, including code 57."

I glare at him. This is extremely difficult to accept, as I am having mixed feelings about the king. "I will lead the citizens into battle, and I will activate the automatons. But I am doing this for SailHaven, and to bring it back to its former glory. I do not want to be seen as some mindless slave to anyone, you or Octavia. Where do we need to assemble first? And who are we fighting this time?"

He smiles. "You will see." 

BTW: I am only acting in character, and I do not mean any offense to Elliot or anyone else. I am just being Sprocket. 

i hear a loud rumbling above me. Rocks and stones fall from the celing and three to the floor around me! I jump bac k but one lands on my chains and snaps them. I run to the door and start ramming some of the debris into the lock. It snaps and I run out, grabbing my wings from a rack of weapons on the way. The metal gauntlets are still on my arms so I can't use my cats law blades. I would have to find a blacksmith later. I surface out onto the wreckage of Octavia's fort. It is deserted but I can see something white glittering in the rubble. I walk up. There is the EndStone but it has a long crack running down the middle. I gulp. The power was gone from it. Octavia must shave done something to it. The stone was originally made for Sasha so she could harness her power, now that it was broken it must have gone back to her. She would be able to escape easily now...

Octavia is back.

Her Scions are stronger than ever.

And to make matters worse, she has released a disease.

Symptoms include headaches, tiredness, and mutation into Scions.

I have absolutely no cure.

All members of high command should see me.

All vampires should see me as well.

Traders should leave immediately. 

Our scientists have been fighting to find a cure, for we have had a problem with this disease in our town as well. It is spreading to parts of Kyngdom unexpected to spread to. We are very close to finding a cure, only one element away. We will tell all of you when we do. Does a vampire's immune system work differentley than a human's...?

Octavia has occupyed Aslahari. We are worried that she might move to other places next, such as Mer.

No, she sent a message to Aslahari- she is taking over there with her scions and occupying it. She has spread the diseases to other parts to disable anyone who could fight against her.
