SailHaven is my home city. It is a floating city, with a network of tunnels, allowing crime syndicates to evolve. The scientists there mostly develop implants, like blades in arms, or wearable tech, like monicles with lenses for seeing in the dark and stuff like that. I got exiled after creating blades that could be installed in arms, but they worked like a cat's claws, and could be hidden completely. After several assassinations, they had to punish me for making them.

I slowly walk back to the building. Elliot is still siting there. I sigh. "I accept your offer," I say. His face brightens. "That's great-" I inturupt. "But I am only doing it on one condition." His eyes betray question. "Help me find my neckless."

I take a deep breath, "You have to promise not to use this information against me." He nods. "Promise!" I insist. And he does. I sigh. "The Frye bird is a dangerous powerful bird which can be very harmful in the wrong hands. It can be summoned on an A minor by my neckless. This is not the time for an angry bird to wreck havoc." He nods his agreement. "Don't make me regret this disision." I say.

I look at the silent market street. Then my enimies walk out of the shadows. They look human, but they have a etheral look, a paleness in their eyes, a floating movement. "Stand out of my way." I yell at the warriors behind me. This is the big reveal. I extend my blades and charge. I know the drill. Running at He Who Bends Sanity, I pull a wave of darkness out of the sky.
"You see, monsters, death does come from the sky." I whisper with just the right amount of telepathy, smashing my mind into He Who Bends Sanity's mind. the warrior look at me, puzzled. the AEther Goo I smashed with my wave of darkness turns black and shrivels. The remaining opponents run, terrified.
"I am" I scream to the denizens of SailHaven,"A vampire"
a wave of horror washes over the onlookers.

I run up to Sprocket. I grab her hand and say, "We need to get down right now. The quickest way to do it is to jump. Will you come with me?"
Sprocket if you say yes, I'll start a thread for us. We'll have to post on it a ton, though, if you want to be able to find it easily in the lists of the threads.
To everyone else: I now love Sprocket like my sister so do not harm her or you will suffer my wrath! Not really. I'll just be really, really mad at you.

When the war is over i will most definately continue. do you want to help in the war? btw i consider you as a sister to and am extremly flattered that you are my friend.

I'm down in the tunnels but I will say that this is before I go to the tunnels
I run up the stairs to Elliot's office, sprocket and rae and Elliot are on the street below. I reached the door and found the wings. They. Were. Amazing. I brushed a talon across the silver metel. I picked it up and found it surprisingly lite. "Perfect". I whispered.
And they were.
I fitted each one and felt freedom roll down me like a wave.
Now the others needed my help. I lfted my wings and shot out the window into a spiraling dive, I threw out my wings just before my talons brushed the pavement below, circling around to slash at the benders. (I'm just going to call them that). Elliot had already brought one down and sprocket was beating another, rae, wiseowl and Elisa were close behind. I reached momentum to dive again when.........
It just stopped.
I felt a buzz circulate throughout the city
The sun. there and it seemed closer.
Brighter.
A flash. I was blinded for a moment.
Everything started again.
I was plummeting toward the earth. " no no no" I thought. My wings were clenched to my sides. The others were below on the ground. The benders were swallowing them. Their bodies almost lost in the blue light that was creating a giant bubble around the city. The ground was only a few hundred yards away.
