Sounds like fun! Can I do it with you?

Sure Princess P.! So to start of we need these things:
Plot:
Setting:
Characters:
genre:
So ya, I'm not really sure on any of those. But I guess we should start with a genre. My favorites are fiction, historical fiction, I guess sci-fi kinda. Some Sci-Fi books I like. What about you Princess P.? Admin, what's your favorite genre to?
Spamy says mgee!- Hey I know a Maggie. Spamy are you talking about Maggie?

I've always loved reading fiction, American and French writers mostly. Right now I am reading a lot of short stories, and I've recently been reading some sci-fi for the first time. When I was Cricket-age I was wayy into mystery novels for a while! -Admin

Before I say anything...I love your "NAME"!!! :)
I like fiction and historical fiction, too. That's pretty much all I read. :) What do you like, Elizabeth?
Hmmm...for characters, I like to just make up names and then make the story around those characters. What about these names? Maggie, Curvy (Spammy's idea. He wrote "curv"), Katie-Joy, Annalise, Kailin, and Jess. Any more ideas???

I would love to join! Count me in! And is your story like a RR or RP or what?
(March 8, 2011 - 8:14 am)
Genre: Historical Fiction
That's all I can think of so far. I'll wait until you guys say what you want to do.
(March 8, 2011 - 1:24 pm)
Setting: An old mountain village with very many farmers, cold and surrounded by woods.
(March 8, 2011 - 1:25 pm)
Okay, here's what we have filled in so far.
Plot:
Setting: An old mountain village with very many farmers, cold and surrounded by woods.
Characters:
Genre: Historical Fiction
Let's go with Historical Fiction for the genre because we all like that one. I like Elizabeth's plot. Maybe it could take place in the Alps like Heidi? Elizabeth, do you want it to be in a village or on a lonely, inhabited mountain top surrounded by an "evergreen woods"? I thought that might be fun. Who should the characters be? All the names I mentioned don't seem to fit the setting, though. Maybe Anna (or Ann or Anne) or Clara? Or should the main character be a boy? In which case all the names I mentioned would be thrown out. :) Any input, comments, concerns, etc?

Oooh!!! I love these!!! It's so much easier to write if you have more than one or two creative minds! Alrighty then, let's see what we have so far. All of us here like historical fiction. A mountain cottage in a farming neighborhood seems great. A plot. Hm. I always seem to have the hardest ideas with this part. What about a boy/girl who grew up a farmer, went into teenage years a farmer, and now is an adult and is still a farmer. Oh, and maybe all he/she wants to do is to get out of the tiny 15 person village, but can't because of some law or something.

Thanks Princess P.! I like my "NAME" too!
Here are some character things.
Name: Jessica (Jessie/Jess) (Last names anyone?)
Height/Weight: Avage hight about 5ft 1" Weighs like 70lbs. Pritty thin
Hair: dirty blonde
Eyes: blue
Style: Tomboy basicaly, not a fan of dresses, wears lots of gray, black, brown, red, and blue.
Name: Margaret (Maggie)
Height/Weight: little on the short side 4ft 10" Weighs uh, 80 lbs. Heavier than Jess, but still thin
Hair: (Someone pick 1) red/black/white blonde
Eyes: (Someone pick 1) green/blue/brown
Style: A little on the girly side, not totaly girly but not tomboy
So, if anyone else thinks of something plz post it. For genre I think we should do fiction or mystery like Admin said. I LOVE mystery!! <3 :D For setting it depends on the genre really.
OOOOHH! I have an idea! If you guys don't like it just say so. But I think we should each take a character made by whoever and write as them just like you'd do in a RP (If we are doing this I call Jess! The character I just made up) ! I don't know weither we should do it PJ style (1st person) or warriors style (the other type of person. I ferget what it's called, but it's where the authors telling the story not the character) Princess what do you think?
Spamy says wpfg!- Spamy what the heck does that mean?

3rd person point of view is the one where the narrator tells the story from an onlookers perspective. -admin

I kind of like 1st person but... Who votes on 1st person?
(March 9, 2011 - 10:34 am)
Okay, let's do fiction for genre. I like your idea about making up our own characters. I'll call mine Emma. Here's her "bio".
Name: Emma Cole
Height/weight: 4'6/60 lb.
Hair: Strawberry Blonde
Eyes: Green
About: Lives with her mother and blind grandmother. On the skinny side and pale skin. Very quiet and shy. Very smart. Her mother teaches her school. Knows how to sew, knit, and cook.
That was fun! How many characters can we have again? :) Oh, I have an idea! Just like you, NAME, if anyone doesn't like this idea, please let me know and we can scrap it. We could make this into a sort of RP and make up our story that way. I thought it might be fun. Here's our "outline".
Plot: Still being debated
Setting: Still being debated
Characters: Emma, Jess, etc.
Genre: Should we do fiction? Unless everyone wants to do mystery. It doesn’t really matter to me. So I guess this is still being debated. :)

Okay, so I finished Jess's thing. It's Jessica (Jessie/Jess) Marino. (Ya like the Dolphins football player Dan Marino who happens to be my favorite player besidse Rikki Williums. Both on the Dolphins BEST TEAM EVA! In my opinion of course)
I agree. I think it should be either fiction or mystery. And everyone can make up their own character. Anyone can take Maggie. I'm not gonna be her. So ya. If anyone doesn't want to make another character then they can take Maggie. Okay, so I have an idea for the mystery plot if we do that. (There are 4 people in this thread right? If they're more, I'm very very sorry.)
PLOT-
4 girls find out that a janitor in their school has just been murdered. They hear their principal talking about it like it was a good thing. They decide to investigate, and everyone knows where it goes from there.
If we're doing fiction, I don't know what we'll do. I guess we'll have to think of something fictionie, like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. Any ideas?
Spamy says xy re- Spamy I have no idea what you're saying at all anymore. Maybe it's...... SPAMY! I'm grounding you for a month! You don't say that!

Name: Anne Robinson
Height/weight: 5'3/ 85
Hair: Short spikey, dark brown
Eyes: blue
About: Lives with her Aunt Susanne in an apartment near the school, Aunt Sue works at the school. Anne likes to read a lot especially historical fiction and mysteries.
So, we have the plot which is great! Will we make a new setting? I guess so? And could we just make it mystery and not fiction?
Genre: Mystery?
(March 9, 2011 - 1:23 am)
Oh, sorry, Princess for not answering your earlier question. I like historical fiction, mysteries and fiction/magical stuff.
(March 9, 2011 - 10:31 am)
So, we have these things so far:
Plot: 4 girls find out that a janitor in their school has just been murdered. They hear their principal talking about it like it was a good thing. They decide to investigate, and everyone knows where it goes from there.
Setting: A small town a little outside of the city. A lot of the houses are single houses but there's one block which has a lot of apartments. The place is also on the edge of where the farming villages start. So, if you ride your bike for about 10-20 minutes you can get out to the fields. The place also has a small town center which is a total pedestrian zone. There're usually farmers markets and stuff there. if you go down south you find a main(very busy) street. So, who likes this setting?
Characters: Jess, Emma, Anne and ZB are you gonna make a character?
Genre: Mystery? PLEASE??!!!! *Makes puppy dog eyes*
