This is my first RP, so please let it live!!! 

This is based off of a book that I'm writing. Basically, in a land far far away....  some people have a mark on their wrist that gives them the power over 1 of the elements. (fire, water, light, wind, ice, earth, and darkness.) Multiple people can have the same Mark. Those who are Marked are considered outlaws, and are hunted by a group known creatively as .... The Hunt! 

A little more on Marks...

Before someone gets a Mark, they will begin to have vivid dreams about their element. When they wake up one day,  they will feel a burning sensation on their wrist, and the Mark will appear. It cannot disappear, and is easy to hide.

So anyways, you can be one of the following:

Darkness Mark ( can control shadows) : 1 person only

Fire Mark ( can control fire) : 2 people

Water Mark ( can control water): 2 people

Light Mark ( can control lightning):  2 people

Wind Mark( can control wind ): 2 people

Ice Mark( can control ice/snow): 2 people

Earth Mark( can control plants): 2 people

Hunters: 3 people  

Other( villagers, etc) 4 people  

So, a total of 20 people can join!

Yes, she has the power to manipulate wind. She doesn't have wings for that reason. It's not really flying for her, but more of floating.

Name: Anemone Aeolus
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Role: Marked
Power: Wind
Weapon: N/A
Appearance: Dull blond hair, stormy gray eyes. Tall. I'll post a picture later. She looks less anime-like, though.
Personality: She changes her mind a lot. She's quiet, but not an introvert.
Backstory: When she was five, there was a tornado where she lived. Her family had made it into the basement, but she had been swept up by the wind. By some miracle, she survived, although she was knocked out when she hit the ground again. When she woke up, there was the Wind mark on her wrist.
Other: None.
Name: Bat-Erdene 
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Role: Hunter
Power: N/A
Appearance: Messy black hair, blue eyes. Pointed face. He has a sad look to him, like he is older than he actually is.
Personality: Quiet and an introvert. Can be moody at times.
Backstory: His father, a Marked, had left him when he was two. His mother, driven mad, would hit both him and his little sister with a stick. She blamed them for his absence, and she eventually abandoned them when he was seven and she was six. They had to fend for themselves on the streets, barely surviving. Going through so much pain that such a little kid should not have to.
Two years later, she died. They couldn't find enough food, and she was already sick and weakened from their time out there. Bat-Erdene, in grief, had joined the Hunt a little while later. His father had been a Marked. The Marked were evil. If it weren't for his father, then his mother would still love him and and his little sister would still be alive.
Other: I think I covered it all.

Ok, here's my charrie:

Name: Honeysuckle Black

Gender: Female  

Age: 15

Role: Marked

Power: Earth

Appearance: Brown wavy hair, sparkling green eyes, torn brown shirt, black breeches.

Personality: Short temper, Doesn't trust anyone until she gets to know them better, loyal, friendly.

Backstory: When she was 13, she lost her parents, due to a famine in the land. Since then, she had been living in a tree. One day when she was sleeping, she lost her balance, and fell. All she remembered from that instance was a thick vine coming out of the ground to catch her, and then everything went black. When she woke up, the vine was gone, and she had the earth mark on her wrist. 

Other: She still doesn't know how to control her powers. (I hope that's ok.) She also has a crow that she has trained to be a pet and is her only friend so far.

 So sorry this is late,  I've been insanely busy today.  Someone's coming to our house tomorrow so we've been cleaning like crazy.
 
 Name: Hazel Marks
 Gender: Female
 Age: 16
 Role: Marked, but she used to be a Hunter
 Power: Light
 Weapon: A long sharp knife from when she was  a Hunter and a sling which she just made .
 Appearance: Brown hair kept in a braid, piercing blue eyes, a dark green tunic over brown leggings
 Personality: quiet, unfriendly, she stays away from everyone especially the other Marked, she hates her power and never uses it, she's confused and scared underneath
 Background: She used to be one of the Hunters, and had several friends among them.  Then one day she woke up with the Mark.  She ran away that night, and lives in the wild on her own.  She doesn't like to be around the other Marked because they've been her enemies all her life.  Her entire life has been turned upside down, and her friends are now her enemies.
 Other: None of the Hunters know for certain what happened to her though several suspect.
 
 And I think that's about it.

September, I was looking at your drawing of the marks and I saw light mark has a sun doohickey on it. Does that mean light mark can control actual light, or specifically lightning?

The person with the light mark can only control lightning. The sun is just for decoration.
