Mega Charrie Sheet
Mega Charrie Sheet RP:
This is a roleplay where we are our charries from the mega charrie sheet contest! There isn't really a plot--not yet. But we'll make up the story as we go!
It will take place in a fantasy world, just to clear that up. It starts out as us just living as our charrie sheet says we do, and we can meet up (if you so please), discover schemes, make friends and enemies, etc. Please do repost your charrie sheet here so we can refer to them without having to go to the old contest thread.
Join quickly if you are joining, as the maximum charrie limit is eleven! You don't have to have been in the contest to join this! Use the guidelines from my charrie sheet to make your new charrie! (I have no idea where the original contest thread went.)
Feel free to modify your already-made charrie sheet if you want to! Just don't change it too terribly much...Here's my charrie:
Name: Hazel Harrier
Age: 15
Gender: Girl
Hair Color: Whitish-Blonde and it goes past her shoulders
Right Eye Color: Her eyes are brown, although when they turn electric blue you'd better look out, because that means she's lost her mind temporarily
Left Eye Color: Brown or electric blue
Skin Color: Pale white
Scars: None
Weight: Very, very bony and skinny and lightweight
Shirt: A torn, loose, old bluish shirt
Pants: Bleached jeans
Shoes: None
Jacket: Never wears one, no matter how cold it is outside
Other Clothing: She wears a black headband that her mother gave her with her birthstone in the center of it
Other Attributes to Appearance: She has a grayish black right foot, due to an incident in her past six years ago. The blackness spirals up her leg, almost reaching her knee. It grows more and more; it grew slowly when she was young, and it grows at least a centimeter a week now that she's older.
Wings: None
Positive Personality Traits: She is quiet, never rude, ever, hates to be in the way, timid and afraid all the time. She likes to sing hymns, and climb trees. Her favorite food is spaghetti with no sauce or meatballs. So basically, noodles. She tries to be helpful and of some use.
Negative Personality Traits: Has spells of insanity, she's quiet all the time, which is annoying sometimes, reclusive, and she hardly ever gets angry, but when she does she kicks something that's black. She has no idea why.
Other Personality Traits: Her attacks happens due to a blackness overtaking her body, occuring more frequently (about once or twice every other day) and for longer periods of time as the darkness climbs closer to her heart.
Power Type: When she was young, her parents discovered her power to heal. However, they grew greedy with it, and when they discovered that her power was weak as could be, they began looking for a way to maximize it. She ran away when she was four, since she did not know what was going on, and hated the extra attention. This changed her life forever. When she looses her mind, (which is part of her curse), she can shoot lightning. Her eyes change to electric blue.
Power Details and Limits: Lightning striking leaves her physically weak, but she cannot control herself when her eyes are blue; therefore, her curse could potentially kill her
Aura Color: When she is sane and healing somebody, her aura is faintly green. When her eyes are blue, her aura is as bright and vivid as her irises.
Aura Scent: When she is healing, you can smell mint in the air. When she's in her cursed mode, her aura smells like fresh burnt asphalt.
Other: She hates to be around people for fear of her curse breaking loose on them. This is her backstory:
When Hazel ran away into the woods at age four, she entered undetected into a grove fused with magical powers: The place where an evil creature had died and seeped into the ground. When her parents found her, she had collapsed next to a puddle of tar; where her foot was dangling in, dissolving. When her father pulled her out, he soon saw that her foot had not been dissolving, but soaking up the blackness.
All seemed well with her black tattooed foot until one day five-year-old Hazel woke up to feel a terrible pain in her ankle. To her mother and father's surprise, the blackness had spread up and into her ankle, and that was when the attacks started. Her eyes would flash blue for a moment, and Hazel would not look like herself.
Hazel is cursed by the tar, and as the darkness spreads still closer to her heart she knows for a fact that when it reaches her chest she will be fully transformed into something...not herself. She has no idea when or her eyes will suddenly turn blue, but at the age 15, her spells last a minute so.
She tries to enjoy herself while she can, but the years have harrowed worry into her and she spends her time in a tree house by herself. That way, she can harm no one and over all live life normally.

I beg of you to join this! I haven't been in a roleplay in forever...I hope this one lives!

Ballerandbow, I don't mean to be rude, but Crystal has blonde hair, not red.
Also, I would post, but I don't have my computer and I can't write it on my phone. Sorry.

I will start writing my post as soon as Cho's post shows up. I'm so sorry that I haven't been writing lately. I just had to kill my first rp......very sad. I had to write a finale, so...... That took FOREVER.

Cobalt~
Maybe it was the boy who made me stay. There was something close to desperation in his eyes as he waited for someone, but it flickered away as other strange forms moved out of the shadows and gathered around the well. So I waited. And watched. But now the boy rises and starts to speak, and as he says "even ellemental control," pointedly, I start with surprise. It almost seems like he is looking straight through the spindly, pathetic rows of trees to my hiding place. But that is impossible, he isn't staring at me, he is staring at another girl. A waterling and a fireling. And, although they don't know it, a windling (Rose writes:...is that even a thing?). I wonder wonder if the others have the same unusual powers. I wonder if it is possible...but of course not. I'll move on to another city, just like this one, stay there for a night, and keep moving. Always moving. Turning to go, because the less I overhear the better, my foot steps on a spiky, well protected tiggleberry cone, freshly fallen from the tiggleberry bush behind me. And it snaps, loudly. I know even before the sound has left my ears that everything changes. Now.

I was using the term 'Airling', but you can choose.
(June 3, 2016 - 2:58 pm)
He isn't an Airling because he can't fly, so I suppose he doesn't have elemental powers after all...

Hugo~
"Everybody! You need to get away from me!" Jen shouts, wings appearing on her back. She lifts off of the ground. "Jen, wait-" I begin to say, but Crystal summons wings and takes off after her. I never knew they could do that, maybe I can, too. For a moment, the only thing I think about is growing a big pair of wings. It doesn't work. "Well," I say, looking back at the others. "What are we waiting for?"
There's a stable about 100 paces away from the Broken Moon, so I get there in no time. I don't even look to see if the others follow me; frankly, I don't care. Flinging open the gate of a small mare's stall, I grab on to the horse's mane and hoist myself up over its back. "Hey!" a deep voice booms from the other side of the barn, but I urge the horse forward and we make it out before the owner of the stables can get me. The strangers we met at the well stand just outside, but the horse and I are galloping past them before they can even register what is going on. "Ya!" I shout, running the mare to her limit, following Crystal and Jen's path through the dark night.
A while later, I see the body of a girl hit the ground not too far away from me. Another figure that can only be Crystal lands beside her. "Go!" I yell at the horse, who has ceased to run and is walking at a slow pace. "Oh, for crying out loud," I say, jumping off the mare and sprinting toward Jen and Crystal. As I get closer, I notice that Jen doesn't... she just doesn't seem like herself. Before I can do anything, she whips out a sword and points it at Crystal's throat.
"Jen! What are you doing?" I gasp in shock. She lets down her guard for one second, and Crystal slips out of harm's way, knocking Jen's sword out of her hand, towards me. I pick it up before she can and hold it out in front of me, for defense. "Jen," I say. "What the heck is going on?"

I think I'm going to drop out of this RP... I haven't posted anything yet, and I don't really think that my charrie would really fit into this RP. Anyway, thought I'd let you know..

September, are you sure you don't want to be part of the anti-monster group? If she can summon weapons, that might be a good place for her. But if you really want to leave, that's fine. :(
Sorry I haven't been posting! I missed a lot, due to an extremely busy week. But now it's Saturday! Yippee!
Hazel~
Hazel's village day had been extremely wild. But thankfully she managed to get out alive--and so did all the villagers. Now it was night; the majority of her day having been sneaking around and the minority having been actually making purchases. Hazel didn't know what time exactly, but then the large, crumbling clock that looked over what the village had titled 'town square' (that was hardly a name for it) went off one time and she stopped with a jolt. It was one in the morning!
Hazel crossed the empty streets of the town. In the distance, she could see the well she normally passed on her way home. Hazel could've sworn she saw feet running into the trees. Into her forest. Hazel didn't mind, but the thought of her quiet, reclusive life coming to an end made her shiver as images of people hiding in her treehouse flashed through her head.
Hazel reached the well. There were fresh footprints, leading straight down the tiny, barely visible path to her tree house. Oh, no, Hazel thought, and took off down the path. Luckily she knew some shortcuts and could get in front of whoever was invading.
~ ~ ~
It was a group of teenagers much like her, with one trying to kill the other one and the rest of them standing defenselessly around in the clearing not a hundred feet from Hazel's home. Thankfully, Hazel was in front of them, hiding. She just wanted to get a good look at these people in case they ever came back. It was important they didn't see her, for they might spread the word to the rest of the village and soon she'd have to move.
The events were scaring Hazel. One of the kids had a sword at the other one's throat. Hazel thought the boy with the tattoes all over him could've stopped her easily. She was right. He approached his wild friend as one would a mountain lion. The evil girl looked at him without taking the sword from her quarry's throat.
"Stop hurting her," he said calmly. "She's your friend."
"No, you're wrong," the evil girl hissed. "My name is Eclipse, and this girl is about to die."
Hazel, or course, was very confused by now, and from her view in the bushes, she could not muster enough courage to jump out and scare them. She might jolt herself, thus triggering a breakdown and nightmarish events would follow. Buuuut, it seemed like a surprise was all the girl-in-danger needed to escape the iron blade, and Hazel would be delighted to save someone's life...
"Hey!" Hazel barked (which was unusual for her), with her eyes closed and her hands in front of her face (not the most heroic pose, but hey! It was better than the alternative).
Everybody, including Eclipse, looked over, startled. The girl-in-danger ducked as the tension in the blade was released, and she retreated to a safe distance. Then came the feared question, the one Hazel knew they'd ask.
"Who are you, and why were you hiding in the bushes?"
Hazel didn't answer. She ran.

I PROMISE I will post today or tomorrow!!!
Also, could Ash and Cobalt have possibly met before? Not like they know each other really well, but they do know each other.

Yep!

Jasmine whirls around and in a flash of silver shoves her sword under Crystal's throat. Hugo knocks it to the ground crying:" "Jen, what the heck is going on?!" She moves so fast I can barely see her. Jasmine swoops down, grabs her sword, and is about to behead both her friends when a voice interrupts her.
"Hey!"
She whips around, giving Hugo enough time to plead: "Jen, what's going on? Stop trying to hurt us! We're your friends!"
"You're wrong," she hisses, turning back to face the two terrified teens. "My name is Eclipse, and you are both about to die." That's enough for me. Just as her sword is about to connect with Hugo's neck, I lunge forward and shoot a ball of fire at Eclipse's face. Cobalt Dusk appears beside me, whisking Crystal and Hugo back.
"Dusk, keep them back!" I shout, bracing myself. "It's gonna get hot over here."
I drop my hands, breathing deeply. It's been a while since I've done anything this big. Hopefully it won't kill me. I reach deep, deep into my reservoir of fire, and raise my hands just as Eclipse lunges at me, snarling. Walls of fire form around her, creating a small box. A roof blazes into existence as she flaps her wings, trying to fly out the top. Within moments, Eclipse is surrounded by a small hit of fire. Grinning, I turn back around, and fall flat on my face.
----------------
"Sparkboy! Sparkboy!"
Someone is slapping my face.
"Shut up Dusk," I moan, trying to sit up and failing.
"Ash, you need to get up."
"Why?"
"You're burning down the clearing."
"Oh joy."
I manage to get to my feet with Dusk and Hugo's help, and peer around the clearing. Eclipse is still trapped in my hut, which is good, but I don't know how long I can hold it. If I had made a hut out of normal fire, all the oxygen inside would have been consumed, killing Eclipse, but I knew that somewhere inside her was Jasmine. So, I had made the fire off my own reserves. Now, it was taxing me, slowly using my energy up bit by bit. I wasn't in flames yet, but the grass beneith my feet was beginning to smolder, which would definitely spread. I sigh. There's only one way to end this.
"Crystal," I say. "I need you to drench me."
She gapes at me. "What?"
"You need to soak me right now, or else this entire town is going to burn."
"Wha- Wait, what?"
"Just drench me!!!" I shout. "But whatever you do, don't get my head wet."

Cobalt~
"You're burning down the clearing!" Wait...burning down the clearing? Burning down the clearing...
"Ash," I say quietly.
"I wondered how long it would take you to remember," he said, shaking water off of himself. The last flames disipated in waves of heat.
"So you're calling yourself 'Cobalt Dusk' now?" he questioned, smirking.
"Just...just..." I start.
"I get it," said Ash, "so...the Airling returns."
"I'm not an Airling," I retort, frowning. "I can't fly. How many times have I..."
"Hate to interrupt, but we've got a friend-turned-maniac on the loose!" one of the girls calls. Stunned by the heat, Eclipse is momentarily separated from her sword, but even now she is stumbling towards the white-hot metal.
