Percy Jackson RP!
Chatterbox: Inkwell
Percy Jackson RP!
Percy Jackson RP!
I haven't seen one of these for a while, so I decided to make one.
In this RP, the satyrs have gone missing, so the gods themselves must help the demigods on their way to Camp Half-Blood. However, the gods can't help them directly. So instead, they put all the demigods in the same school, and left a copy of a Percy Jackson book, in hopes that they would come together and realize who they were.
The charrie sheet:
Name:
Age:
Immortal parent:
Any powers/ talents (You can have either 5 small talents, 2 big talents, or 1 talent and 1 power):
Appearance:
Personality:
Favorite weapon:
Background/Other:
Here's mine!
Name: Kalinda Patel (Indian)
Age: 13
Immortal parent: Hecate
Any powers/ talents (You can have either 5 small talents, 2 big talents, or 1 talent and 1 power): She has one talent and one power. Her talent is drawing, and her power is magic.
Appearance: Dark skin, and long, wavy brown hair. Brown-black eyes.
Personality: Very outgoing. She has a lot of friends, and is extremely nice. However, she is also show-offy.
Favorite weapon: Dagger
Background/Other: None
And here's another one!
Name: Sakura Kita (Japanese) (Last name means "north", first name means "cherry blossom")
Age: 12
Immortal parent: Apollo
Any powers/ talents (You can have either 5 small talents, 2 big talents, or 1 talent and 1 power): She has 2 big talents. She is extremely good at writing poetry and has won quite a few singing contests.
Appearance: Short, with straight black hair usually pulled up into pigtails. Her eyes are angled upwards (Unlike my own).
Personality: Very secretive. She doesn't want to be judged by her family. She's also a sad girl. And she does NOT trust anyone.
Favorite weapon: Sword
Background/Other: Her great-grandfather was a general in World War II, and she obviously keeps that secret. Her aunt also died from leukemia, because of an atomic bomb.
It would be cool if someone made a Chinese charrie, one who was killed by her great-grandfather! The conflict would be fun to write about. (Many Chinese were killed in World War II, but we only learn about the Western deaths in school.)

Here's my Charrie sheet:
Name: Megara Jhonston (everyone calls her Meg)
Age: 12
Immortal Parents: Zeus and Nemesis
Any Powers/Talents: She can do anything the Gods can do, but she never really does it often
Appearance: She has chestnut colored hair which usually hangs in large ringlets, her eyes are blue flecked with gray, but turn red when she's mad, and her skin is an average tan-ish color, she is on the shorter side
Personality: She's outgoing and creative, and she only uses her godly powers to threaten people she doesn't like and to make dramatic exits and entrances. She is kind, and even though she's young, she commands attention and people always listen to her.
Favorite Weapon: Lightning bolts
Background/Other: She is technically immortal, but her parents wanted her to have good experience of mortals, so they stripped her of her immortality (except her powers) and sent her to aid young demigods.
Okay, sorry if that's not allowed, but I think it would be good for a charrie. So.
(April 25, 2016 - 4:05 pm)
No offense, but I think that is too OP. Having used to be immortal is pushing it, but being able to do anything the gods do? That's too much I think.
Then in addition to that, you have a personality that a leader, people listen to her, and she kind, outgoing, and creative.
That's a Mary Sue right there.
I'm not asking you to change her personality, but maybe state some weaknesses, and limit her powers?
(April 25, 2016 - 4:37 pm)
Yeah, I just reread it. Super OP.
Okay, she's just immortal.
She is good with a sword.
If anything pierces either of her hands, she dies (lLike an Achilles' heel).
Her powers are being able to control the wind and tell the future sometimes.
I hope she's not to OP anymore.
Sorry!
(April 25, 2016 - 5:34 pm)
I'm sorry, but she's still OP. She cannot be immortal, and can have one power and one talent at the most.
(April 25, 2016 - 7:01 pm)
Yes, that is way too OP. I need only demigods, please.

Kyanite~
"Umm... this is Jacinth and I...we...Sakura, Julia and the others kind of talked. I mean, everyone except you and Peter, because—"
"Look, don't make a big deal out of this minitoar," I cut her off.
"It tried to kill us," she interjects as I explain:
"This has happened before."
"Really?" she asks.
"I thought I was the only one."
"Are you a demigod?"
"What?"
"Greek-ish."
"Greek-ish what?"
"Just Greek-ish."
"No. I'm not Greek."
"Are you a demigod?"
"...no?"
"Thanks for the info," she says with just a hint of sarcasm, "everyone's getting together after school tomorrow again. I'll text you guys so you remember. Er...bye."
"Wait! You can't text this number!" I exclaim.
"Why?"
"It isn't a cell phone. It's...uh...my home phone" (that's partially true).
"Okay...do you have a cell?"
"Yeah.
"Can you...give me the number?"
"Umm...I'll just meet you guys after school."
"I don't know where we're going to meet yet."
"How about your house?"
"Why my house? Why is it always my house? Someday someone's going to tramble the flowers," she mutters to herself.
"Tell me the address at school," I suggest.
"Okay. Bye." I hang up without saying goodbye.
"What was that about?" 9-year-old Skyler questions.
"Nothing."
"Was it a girl?" she prods.
"School project. Ancient Greek history," I mutter, turning towards the stairs. This just may be about Ancient Greek history...

Mei: Actually, no. Perhaps that's just a thing where you live. I've never done it.
Icy: I don't see why you can't join, but would you mind changing your charrie's power? Hecate is goddess of a lot of things, including the crossroads. Dogs are said to howl when she passes-- maybe she can communicate with dogs. Or Hecate's known for holding torches-- maybe something related to that? You see, my charrie, Justice, already has control over the Mist, and I have this slight pet peeve that all RP charries are unique.

I know for a fact that it's national, but oh well. I know the Yamaha School doesn't do it. My friend did it, though.
(April 29, 2016 - 8:21 pm)
Ok. I'm just gonna drop out, so...
(April 30, 2016 - 9:54 am)
My piano teacher's pretty independent when it comes to that sort of thing-- mostly goes by her own system. We use piano books that have levels, though-- 1, 1A, 2A, 2B, 3, etc. But we stray out of those too.
(April 30, 2016 - 10:00 am)
Are those the Piano Adventures books?
Also, the National Piano Auditions are for the higher levels, so maybe you're just not there yet.
(April 30, 2016 - 11:10 am)
Yes! I'm surprised you know them.
Maybe. I think I could do harder pieces if I was given enough time, but my teacher likes the books. Most of her students are actually not as advanced as me, so maybe she didn't think there would be a chance for them to happen. I'll ask her about it!
(April 30, 2016 - 1:44 pm)
Hey, I use Piano Adventures too!
