and like it's what they had in their area... they didn't have pigs or cows, and they needed protein... I can assure you there are worse things to put in food

Oh wow I can't believe you remembered pangolin tysm!!! It was shockingly easy compared to previous years (although I did get at least one question wrong whoops) and there was only one grammar question on the entire thing! I'm pretty happy with how it went :)))
Now onto the exam I'm really worried about- the SATs are first thing tomorrow. *screams*

@anyone who likes Coyote Sunrise or Dan Gemeinhart, there's a new stand-alone companion with the most beautiful cover ever (love the way the leaves fall around the title so much!! Also love the first one's cover, and the cover of The Midnight Children, also by him!), so just fyi because I am SO EXCITED!!!!! :DD

Yesss I've actually never read Coyote Sunrise, but I love all of Dan Gemeinhart's books!! The Midnight Children is such a good book and the cover is amazing as well :))

I saw that the sequel was coming out when scrolling through the bookish corners of the Internet and my mind was blown! That's one of my favorite books of all time and I never expected it to get a sequel. I'm so excited to read it too, I have it on hold right now.

The moon is so darn gorgeous tonight <3
It's the second of the Hebrew month (Adar Bet, because it's a leap year, so there's an extra month), so there's almost no moon, save for a really bright sliver at the bottom and it's so glowy and wonderful
