I walked towards the Hephaestus cabin. Instantly, someone opened the door. "Oh, hey Areena." It was Steve. I knew it was him. "Hey Steve." He used to go to my school. We went out for a year. "Steve, can you sharpen my sword." I unsheathed it and he stood back. "Whoa, guess I don't have a choice. Would you like anything else?" "Oh yeah, anything new toys you guys have made?" "Yeah, a hair clip that turns into a bow, oh and this really cool bag that holds everything. Not really an invention, but we made it. It's cool. You can have it, I guess." I knew I could have it. He still was in to me. "We'll take the bag. Thanks." I gave him the sword and kissed him on the cheek. He smiled, but I grabbed his chin. "I want that back by dinner." I smiled, and let go. I walked back to my cabin, and I could see him staring at me walk away.

((Ok, randome person, I know what prophecy, and I'm going to do THAT prophecy. I know what it says, and I don't care. I like it.))

Sky-

I was making my way back to my cabin, when Mason came up to me. *Hey, Sky, don't feel bad. It's just a prophecy. It won't happen for a while.* He smiled weakly. I half smiled back. "Look, I know. But I have to be ready for it." I smiled up at him. He was taller than me. And by quite a bit to. But he was still my age. I pushed past him and almost made it to my cabin, but then I heard something. Kinda like a fire. A blazing fire. I looked back, and so did Mason. The whole forest was on fire! I screamed to Areena and Adromida to follow me. Steve, the kid who was obviously into Areena quickly gave her back her sword. We charged into the forest, but suddenly, just like that, the fire was gone. I stared up in confusion at the un-burnt trees. "What the?" I looked around. Instantly I saw it. A hell hound the size of a school bus leaped at me. I screamed, which was kinda pathetic for the daughter of Zeus. But still, I pulled my sword out of my belt, and stabbed the thing right in the chest. I moaned, and golden blood spilled from the wound. It was getting all over me, that is until the monster exploded with a flash of gold light, and a shower of gold sand-looking stuff. *Ewww.* Areena groaned at the sight of my blood-soaked shirt. I tried to wipe some off, but it wasn't easy. I guess the gods made monster muck two times as hard to get off as human, or demi-god muck. I groaned. *It's fine. Come on. I think I know how to get that stuff off,* Mason said. I nodded. I started to turn, but as soon as I moved I felt pain fly through my arm. Adromida shreaked. I looked up in confusion. She pointed at my arm. It was drenched in blood. My blood. There was a huge 8-inch gash in the shape of a lightning bolt on my arm. Mason's eyes widened. Chiron came over, took one look at my arm, and put his face in his hands. *My dear, the gods have already started to try to kill you.* I looked up at him in fear. Again, another new thing for the daughter of the god of the sky. *We've gotta leave. Soon. Like as soon as you get better, soon.* Areena said, so seriously I now knew how she was connected to Athena. My eyes turned the color of a storm. "There's a storm comeing," I said. "A big one."

It might not mean that Areena will die, there is more than one girl on this mission!

(not that I want to die)

I ran to my cabin and packed my bags. I was running through battle strategies and trying to convince myself that this was just bad luck. "It just isn't logical!" I heard my self yell. "What isn't logical?" Sean asked. "Why a hell hound would attack Sky. I mean, why would Zeus try to kill his own daughter? Unless Poseidon and Hades are trying to get back for having another daughter. But Percy and Nico aren't getting harmed at all. It just doesn't seem right." He thought about it a bit, and then turned to me. "You're right. It doesn't make sense. But I know that sooner or later, the gods will come to their senses. May the gods be with you, Areena! Good luck, I know that Mom would be proud." He winked and went back to reading. I smiled at how lucky I was to have such a great family. My sword was with still with Steve. I ran towards the Hephaestus cabin, grabbed the bag and my sword. "May the gods be with you, Areena! And good luck." I smiled at him. He was really nice. But there would be time for that later. Right now, I needed to save the world, along with my friends. We piled into Argus's bus and we all rode down to the city. It was weird, we were all talking like old friends, but in a few hours, we could all be dead.

((OK, I know what you're all thinking: why make a prophecy where your character dies? Well have you ever read a good book without something that seems WAY worse than it seems. Like in Percey Jackson, his prophecy wasn't exactly "comforting"))

Sky-

My arm was wrapped up, and it still hurt, a lot. We talked for a long time about a bunch of stupid things. Things that don't really matter. Well, I guess they'd matter to anyone who's not a demi-god, but not really to us. Eventually Argus stopped. *We're here,* he said gruffly. *Thanks Argus.* I smiled at him. Six of his eyes winked at me. I laughed. The four of us walked out of the bus. Mason helped me put my backpack on because of my arm. We walked into New York. We needed to catch a plane to California. One problem: We had no money.  That's why we had to sneak onto the plane. Our weapons were hidden in our belts. I was wondering if anyone would recognise us, when a woman walked up to us. "Hello childern." I smiled weakly. *Helo.* Areena waved slightly. The woman looked down at my arm. *Well youngling, that's a right nasty cut you've got there.* I could tell by her accent that she was British. I nodded, looking at my arm. The white bandages were still on, and there was a bloodstain on them in the shape of a lightning bolt. *Curse the gods. I knew he would do it to you!* the woman muttered. My head shot up, I pulled out my sword, and my eyes turned a menacing stormy color. "How do you know about the gods? And who did this?!" I demanded. She seemed to realize what she had said. Her eyes turned red. *I'm sorry, children, but you have heard too much. You must die.* Our eyes widened. She leapt at us. I slashed my sword. It missed her by about half a centimeter. Areena took our her sword and stabbed the woman right in the chest. Right before the woman disintegrated she looked at me devilishly. *You will die, demi-god.* And then she was gone. My heart seamed to beat faster. I put my sword back in my belt. So did everyone else. We kept walking in silence. The first thing we did when we got into the airport: we snuck into the vent. "Adromida, do you think you could try and put the security guards to sleep?" I asked. We were at the place where the security guards put the luggage into the plane. "Can you?" I asked looking at her.

I crawled into the vents. and beckoned them to come in. "Look. If we could all come in to the vents and crawl through, I could probably get us to g into a vent that goes above the security guards, and if we go at least a foot and a half behind them, I could use this hairpin that I found and we could take out the floor and land behind the  guards, there for being able to sneak into the plane." They stared at me like I was crazy, but soon they followed. We crawled through the vents, trying to make the least noise as possible.

Sky-

Soon we had all made our way to the plane following Areena's careful instructions. They were quite hard to understand, but we figured it out. When we got on the plane we heard the lady on the megaphone said it would be a few hours until the plane stopped. 6 to be exact. We all groaned. We were going to be sitting in the luggage compartment for 6 hours with no food or drink besidse the stuff in our backpacks. If we could reach it. My arm hated me for sitting in the position I was in, stuck between Mason and two gigantic bags. "Geeze, this person musta been a millionare. Their bags are HUGE!" I tried pushing one, but a tower of luggage fell, and pushed me onto Mason. "Ooops, sorry." I blushed, and got off. We were both blushing violently. There was silence in the compartment. Areena cleared her throat, and I looked at her. My eyes were that stormy gray color again. *Well, about this plane.* Areena said. "Well, umm, it's really small." I said lamely. My embarrassment was starting to fade.

(Sky, are you Sky on HP rp on PP?)

I laughed at Sky. But all that aside, I created a little bed out of a backpack, a loose jacket, and a one of those tiny little airplane pillows. It was so uncomfortable. I started to tell a story, I don't know how I thought of it, but being with my dad for what, like 7 years you get used to telling stories on the spot. It was a weird fantasy about a kid who's dad was a magical palm tree.

((Yup. I'm both Sky's))

Sky-

I sat next to Mason as Areena told the story. It was weird. I'd never heard anything like it before. All I could think about was the prophecy. That last line kept repeating itself in my head: The daughter of Zeus will make the ultimate sacrifice. She will die. I shivered. I turned around, and headed for the only window in the tiny compartment we were in. Out of my backpack I pulled out the last thing that my mom ever gave me. A lightning-yellow fake extention. I don't know why, but I put it in my hair. My mom and I had never gotten along well. But I found myself wanting to talk to her. Wanting her assistance. It felt weird, after 6 years of living on my own. I turned and watched my friends laughing and talking together like old friends. I was glad they were there. Not some people that didn't really care if I died or not. They just wanted to take advantige of my quest. Areena, Adromida, and Mason weren't like that. And for that, I was grateful.

I finished the story and they laughed at my "skills". I walked sort of crawled over to Sky and pat her shoulder. I knew that she was troubled about the prophecy. She turned around and punched my shoulder. "You stink at story telling." "Well I'm sorry that I have made your ears bleed." We sort of wrestled in the pile of luggage, but the plane made a jerk and we realized that it was raining. I lay down on the pile of stuff and fell asleep.

Sky-

After me and Areena's small wrestling match, I lay down and went to sleep. It seamed like a long time befor someone shook me awake. I opened my eyes. Mason was whispering "Sky," to try and get me up. I sat up. "What? What time is it?" I asked. *Well the lady on the loudspeaker says that we'll be landing in about 30 minutes.* He said. I nodded. Besidse me Areena was still asleep. I shook her arms. "Areena, get up! We're almost there!" I said. She opened her eyes and sat up. *How many minutes?* She asked sleepily. "30 left." I told her. We'd slept for about 5 and a half hours. I was refreshed, and needed the bathroom. "As soon as we get out of this death trap, I am going to the bathroom." I said. All my friends agreed. Areena who had just gotten up, nodded sleepily. I imagine that was weird for Mason. He was the only boy after all, but oh well. It took us 20 minutes to get everything packed up, and in the same place. We knew that we had to be quick to get out. The gaurds first priority is always the luggage. That was good, and bad. It ment that we'd be the first to get off the plane, but we'd also get caught if we didn't do it rite. As soon as the doors opened I made a storm rage above the security gaurds, which really comfused them. We snuck out of the compartment without them seeing us, our back-packs still slung over our shoulders. When we were safely in the airport, and had all gone to the bath-room, they looked exspectantly at me. *Where to now?* Areena asked. "First we take a taxi to San Fransisco, then we find out where the Titans lair is. This should be fun!" I said, obviously exagerateing.

We piled into the taxi. "Can you take us to San Francisco?" We looked at the cab driver, but she stared at us like we were crazy. "Why, kids, this is L.A.! Do you have some parents watchin' you?" We looked at each other and held back a laugh. "Oh, they are always watching us!" She stared at us, but shrugged. "As long as you kids are paying me." We used our backpacks for pillows and watched the scene of California rolling by.
