OK so these never really happened on the CB and I haven't been active recently, but if anyone wanted to join me in a readathon starting 8:30 PST, I'm ready!
A readathon is where one tries to read an obnoxious amount IN A small amount of time. Sleep is optional but recommended.

Aah! I'd love to do this but the books I want to read are not available right now. Sometime soon I want to try reading the entire Harry Potter series in one weekend, (starting at 12:00 am Saturday and ending at 12:00 am Monday) BUT my mom is keeping all the HP books somewhere in a box in her closet--I don't know why because I've already read them all. But I'm going to ask her for them and once I (hopefully) get them, I might try it. Maybe it could be an annual thing for me where I train for it. :D

I've read the whole HP series in 23 hours but I didn't sleep so this sounds much more enjoyable.

I have a lot of books to finish before my next trip to the library; would anybody be interested in a 1000 words in 24 hours readathon later this week? I can do it if I read enough ( about 8 straight hours at my reading speed), but won't motivate myself.
