Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Harry Potter Trivia
Open to all...

Open to all Potterheads!!!!

Here are the rules:
-You have to have read all the books.

-DO NOT comment until you can see the latest comment. We don't want to get mixed up.

-No questions that aren't in the series; e.x: what's Hermione's favorite food?

-NO CONSULTING THE BOOKS. IT'S CHEATING.

I think the rest is self-explanitory; you answer the trivia question, then post one of you own.

Her name was Marietta, Marietta Edgecomb!

What was the punishment she got, who caused it, and how? (Discussion: Was this a fair punishment?)

@cyotedomino: haha, I knew it the whole time, I just felt like I post on this thread too often. XP

Her punishment, sent by Hermione through the cursed list of people in the DA, made her get large pimples on her face that spelled out the word 'sneak'. She was also Cho's friend, hence she and Harry fought and their relationship fell apart. Their argument took place just before Harry went to Occlumency, in which he saw the memory of James taunting Snape, I'm fairly certain.

Gosh, I need a life. XP

What were the three ingedients in the revival potion (that made Voldemort return to his body in the fourth book)?

Bone from his father, flesh from a loyal servant, and blood from an enemy.

[In reply to Soren] Yeah.... that was a rough day for Harry.

How was Dobby buried?

submitted by Jwyn, age 13, Ravenclaw
(October 25, 2018 - 10:23 am)

Dobby was buried by the sea, near Shell Cottage, Bill and Fleur's home. Harry dug the grave himself, by hand. Harry then placed Dobby in a position as though he were sleeping, and closed his eyes. If I remember correctly Bill magicked the dirt back onto Dobby's body. Harry went and found a stone, smoothed by the waves, around the size of a pillow, and placed it on the grave where he remembered Dobby's head to be. He then used a cutting spell to carve into the stone the following words: "Here lies Dobby, a free elf". Hermione could have done it neater, but Harry felt the need to do it... Himself.

*sobs*

Next question: "How did you know it was me?"
