Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Favorite Book Quotes
I don't know...

I don't know about all of you people, but I really love quotes. In my basement, I have a large bulletin board that I post all my favorite quotes (and stuff like that) on. I was thinking that we could all start posting quotes that we like alot. They can be funny, or inspiring, serious, anything you want...

To start it off, here's mine:

"Just remember that sometimes, the way you think about a person isn't the way they actually are." -John Green (of course:)

She looked like her daughters. She looked like something made from

the moon's light and threw it back into the world.

“Pride is a brittle bone,” the captain said. “Easily broken.”

“Envy is a worm,” James said. “Consuming souls.”

"Hello," the boy said in a cute German accent. "Are you guys American?"

"We are," Bree said.

A big grin streached between his rosy cheecks and he giddily sat up.

"Do you like the United States?" Conner asked him.

"Yes!" the boy said with an animated nod. "That's where all the superheroes are from!"

I love the "It's just staying" quote--Mrs. Lynde always seemed a nicer person than how she was written.
