The Warriors Series
by Erin Hunter
These books are great ! They are about a house cat who wanders into the forest and suddenly finds himself in a world of action. Although having a part in ongoing wars between rival clans of cats may not seem fun, Rusty finds that he was not meant to be a house cat, he was meant to be a warrior . . .

I love these books!!! They are so entertaining and well written! I have read all of the first and second series and most of the third.

OK. I am a total Warriors addict. I read all the main books (as of
now 17) and almost all of the supplements. I think and dream about
Warriors all the time. I read the books over and over and over. The
series has kinda gotten to be like a soap opera, but it is still my
favorite series. I'm addicted to it. I could rattle on and on about
Warriors forever.
I can't believe I wrote that! Now that I've read Sunrise and anaylzed it over and over, I have come to the conclusion that Warriors is a second-rate series written to make money with an animal fantasy book. You can now find me ridiculing Warriors on Choklitclan in BaB.
Ashfur is perhaps the only interesting, fleshed-out, non-stu/sue character.

*scoffs* I know it's not THE best series in the world, but not all characters are Sues/Stus. What about Yellowfang? Jayfeather? Oakheart? Nearly all of RiverClan? ThunderClan is a bunch of Sues/Stus, though...
Although I have to admit, I prefer Seekers to Warriors, unlike most people. Well... Bluestar's Prophecy is better than Seekers, but other than that...
And of course, I prefer a lot of other things to Warriors as well, but I'm still somewhat addicted. I had my first Warriors dream a few days ago.

Erm, sorry. After really thinking about why I liked Warriors, and how much there is not to like, I've come to realize that although I still love the series, it's definitely not worth scoffing over. I can definitely understand why you wouldn't like it.

Well Mrs., I like As fur so much. You will figure out later that Ashfur is a jerk! He keeps growling and staring at Brambleclaw because Squirelflight didn't pick Ashfur. She wanted Brambleclaw instead so Ashfur planned to kill him. But he got killed instead.

I think that the warriors books are the best books EVER. I love them!!! The only problem is that I think that Erin Hunter's other books, the SEEKERS series, are really boring. I LOVE ALL OF THE WARRIORS BOOKS!

I LOVE THE WARRIORS SERIES! IT IS THE BEST SERIES OF BOOKS EVER! My favorite characters are Jaypaw, Squirrelflight, and Lionpaw. I've only read 15 of the books. I tried to read one of the SEEKERS books and I thought it was boring.

SPOILER ALERT
It's crazy how Hollyleaf kills Ashfur, goes insane and then dies. I really liked her, before she went insane that is. I thought she was a really good character.
SPOILER OVER

I think that Hollyleaf has NO personality, just 'follow the warrior code!'
...Thus, I don't like her.
