Haunted Mansion RP!
It's getting closer to Halloween, so I thought I'd do a Haunted Mansion Halloween RP! In this RP, you are dressed in a traditional Halloween costume and go into a creepy old house on the end of the road looking for trouble. Upon entering, the door disappears! You stumble around, looking for a mirror, only to find that you have turned into your costume. You must band together with other kids trapped in the house and try to get out.

Why I'm Not
Why I'm Not Joining RPs
I've been quitting RPs because I'm just not inspired. I don't know what to write, partly because I always make a charrie that I just can't get into the story.
I really want to join RPs, because they are so much fun, but I feel like I can't participate in them.
Does anyone have any advice?
I think I'll join ONE RP anyways, and I'll warn everyone that I might quit.

I was looking
I was looking at the back threads, and saw something called a TAPM (Admins, what does that stand for?) It means that two people write a story together, like partners.
I want to try it, except changing one thing. This is a contest, and every pair of partners will write a story together to be in it. I don't want to be one of the judges, so other CBers can.

Far away, there is a civilization of monsters who were captured and taken away, far away into the wilderness to die. Only they didn't die, and the humans who took them there knew that. Now, there are many monsters there in the wilderness, their own civilization, waiting for the right time to get their revenge. Revenge against the humans. And that time is coming, soon. Soon, the monsters will meet the humans again.

I look at
I look at the sea, a deep sparkling blue. Above it, the sky but reflects it, a pale blue in comparison. A few clouds drift lazily in the sky. The sun shines down on the sea, it's radiance blinding me.
Alone in my prison, it seems to be colorless. Everything here is grey and dull. I am bound to this place as surely as if I'd been physically chained. To see adventure and beauty just on the other side of the wall is tormenting. How can I live this way?

Help?
I'm going to write a fractured fairy tale, but I haven't found a fairy tale I want to fracture. I'm reading through our gigantic Brother's Grimm treasureray book, but I haven't found anything as of yet. After I finish it, I have the Red fairy book and the Blue fairy book. Can you guys help me with finding a fairy tale and/or fracturing it? I've never done this before, and I'm not quite sure how to.
