Loric Character Sketches
Excerpt from Emily's correspondence with CRICKET
Loric has different hair in each image because I couldn't decide what I liked, but now I think my favorite is the hair on the full-body image.
Loric arriving thumbnails: I wanted to emphasize the mystery of Loric and the mercenaries who captured him. I like all of these. In numbers 2 and 4, I thought with Loric farther away and surrounded by dark cloaks, our eyes could be led to him with lighting. The image overall would be dark and spooky, but Loric's luminous eyes, clothes, and hair could seem to almost glow. In #3, a horse would be a foreground element, but I need to play with it more to make sure it is readable.
