Chatterbox: In This Month's Issue

December MCU~

 

Welcome to an incredibly late and impromptu….drumroll please *drumroll noises* December MCU!!!

-Eleven days late. One more and we could say it’s twelve days of-

*Or we could say that Christmas is in 14 days! And so is Hanukkah! And 15 days until Kwanzaa!*

Before we dive into all this, let’s have a round of brief introductions. I am Moon Wolf, impromptu host of this very late MCU.

-Lyra, she/her, ready to get this over with already and head back to the holiday party and Eri.-

Well, before we do that and begin, let us have a moment of silence for Ella Starburst, the reason for all these fabulous MCUs. (silence) Thank you, Ella!

Definition: behaving or looking as though one thinks one is superior to others. 

Example: The rich woman looked superciliously down upon the maid.

Settle down now, dear AEs. We have the rest of the MCU to run.

Juniper's Christmas by Eoin Colfer is about a girl named Juniper Lane who is thrown into a Christmas adventure when her mother goes missing. She seeks the help of a mysterious woodsman whom she suspects to be Santa himself, accidentally getting into Christmas magic mishaps along the way.

-It's a really heartwarming and perfect Christmas tale.-
