ANYWAYS INTRO PARAGRAPH HERE WE GO!

"WHY?!! WHY IS THERE SO MUCH HOMEWORK FOR CALCULUS!" you yell, flinging yourself on the couch and glaring at your homework angrily. Your pen rolls, onto the floor, rolling some more- clinking, clinking, and clinking some more. You realize you're holding a random piece of paper, and in exasperation, you hurl it across the room, where it lands, completely still.

A few seconds later, your pen reaches the paper. It bumps into it, and suddenly the paper unfolds and the pen begins to write.

It has now piqued your interest. You pick it up and read it.

Pt 2 is here <3

Faewalker sighed. 

The girl in the center shifted in her seat. 

"When shall the Magic Cabin Counselor be coming?" she asked quietly. 

"Soon. Yes, Garnet, I am able to speak fluent English." 

"Alright." 

Soon, a blue-purple mist filled the room, and when it had cleared, a figure with a black cloak had mysteriously appeared. Their hood fell off, and it revealed a wolf mask- and by mask I mean full face mask, not the mask you wear to go outside, the mask you wear to masquerades. 

The figure remained standing, until Shadow, in a corner, timidly said, 

"Would you like a seat?" 

The figure nodded, and Shadow teleported another seat. 

"Here you are."

The figure nodded again, and sat down. 

"Well, now that our last counselor is here, let's continue! Rooming! Fun!"

"So...er...let's see here. Water Room, led by Adira. Nature Room, led by Thorne. Fire Room, led by Alintha. Air Room, led by Storme. Magic Room, led by- well, we only know them as SilverPhoenix, not their real name." 

"That's me. SilverPhoenix. Call me Silver or Phoenix if you want." 

"Correct."

"Of course it's correct." 

"Mhmm. Adira is the mermaid. Thorne is the veiled one. Storm is the black and white one. Alintha is the fire one."

"ONTO THE ACTUAL ROOMING, FAE! Sorry about that...Anyways! Rooming!"

Shadow clapped their hands, and a colored nametag appeared on everyone's outfits. 

"Welcome to the Lost Kingdoms Vacation! Your nametag color determines the room you're in! Blue is Water, Red is Fire, Purple is Magic, Gray is Air, and Green is Nature! Go to your counselour, and don't worry, SilverPhoenix will speak. She's very fun once you get to know her. Some additional info about the counselours are on a sheet of paper in your rooms! Schedueles are in the rooms as well! Enjoy your stay. Now, please follow your counselours to your rooms!"

The CBers and AEs and CAPTCHAs all filed out the door, following the 5 counselours- Adira simply turned into a human in a kimono. Thorne's veil disappeared, and it revealed a copper-skinned, freckled girl with green eyes and black hair. 

~ T I M E  S K I P ~

When they were in their rooms [one per room], they had each received a bracelet that signified their colors and had their name carved into it- for example, Silver Crystal had a silver-white one with the words, in black "Silver Crystal" on it. The murderer, however, once they touched their bracelet, they felt a sudden surge of power beneath them, and then it disappeared. They passed it off as simply a cautionary procedure. 

Suddenly, there was a ringing of the bell, and a loud voice, blaring through the rooms. "DINNER!" it shouted. 

All of the CBers, AEs, and CAPTCHAs rushed down to the grand dining hall. Except for Jubilee. They were missing. It was officially assumed, after a heated debate, by a yelling Fae, that Jubilee was most likely feeling under the weather and was in their room in their cabin. 

The murderer, however, had blacked out in a nearby hallway..and rose again, putting on sunglasses. They had made the excuse, "my eyes are a bit sensitive to light" when asked why. But, had they taken it off, it would have revealed purely black eyes..oh, I wonder why? 

Boo was at the dining table, eating his cake, when all of a sudden, he started coughing. Luna-Starr noticed this immediately. "Boo, what's wrong?" "idont felwl", Boo answered, coughing. 

Luna-Starr rose in a panic and shouted for someone to help, but it was silent- apparently, someone had casted a silence spell over them. Somehow..

To the right of her was Luminescence, who was chatting with Luminara, who was next to Luminescence, and to the left, was Daylily, who was talking with Firelily, who was next to her. 

The diners were dismissed. Nobody had heard Luna-Starr's panicked cries, and luckily, when they returned, there was a little bit of stomachache medicine in the cabinets- extremely lucky, since Boo just happened to have a stomachache. Since Luna and Boo were in different rooms, Firelily, who had luckily been able to decipher Boo's speech, had given the medicine to him after checking with Luna to make sure it was okay. Luna, naturally, agreed. Boo returned to his room, and they all fell asleep. 

In the middle of the night, Boo had passed. Silently and peacefully. 

What did he pass from? 

A little thing called poison. 

The murderer woke up in the middle of the night. They didn't remember anything from the dinner- they only remembered blacking out in a hallway near the dining hall. Their eyes glowed red, and a message appeared before their eyes. 

"1 down. 48 more to go." 

~FLASHBACK TO MURDERER POV~

The murderer had crept to the kitchens, and saw Jubilee in another route. They noticed a gleaming vial of poison on her neck- enough to kill one person, they thought. They went into another room, found a glass vase, and somehow managed to silently smash it, only suffering a small bloody strip accross their knuckles. They luckily found some fingerless gloves, enough to cover the strip up, took a glass shard, and pulled Jubilee into the room. They took the largest shard, and muttered a small "sorry...I'll make it as painless as possible.", then punctured Jubilee's skin, severing their neck from their body. They wrapped it up in cloth and put it in a utility closet nearby. Jubilee was literally so shocked they couldn't scream at all- 

Then, they took the vial of poison, and headed towards the kitchens- which were, as lucky as it seemed, empty. They poured the poison into a random CAPTCHA bowl, corked the vial, put it in their pocket, and skipped away, humming a jaunty tune, into the dining table, and took their spot. Somehow, using their mind, they manipulated silence barriers around the CAPTCHAs...

Alintha, she/her, a copper-skinned girl with dark red hair and green eyes and freckles, an orange tank top and red flared jeans, along with orange red converse., Extremely mischevious and fun. The equivalent of a fun mother., Alintha is half-blaze. Yes, half-blaze- don’t question it. 

SilverPhoenix, they/them, a figure in a black cloak, and a wolf mask. Has raven wings, wolf ears, and a demon tail. Black hunter’s outfit similar to Thorne, also has a bow and a quiver of arrows, except they’re black, and also has swords and a vial of glowing purple liquid around their neck, hanging on a chain. Ooh! The murderer's first attacks! Could I suggest a list of the dead at the end of the story so we can keep track of who's alive and who's, well, not? Either way, I can't wait to find out more! I'm so excited to see what happens next!

Faye sat down on the bed, looking out the gilded window. They sighed. 
Life was so boring. Elysia- or LiliesoftheValley now, Faye thought with a sigh- had already gotten her powers. And Elysia was a Onceborn. She'd been born on a first moon. 
Faye was a Thirdborn. Born of a triple moon. Faye was supposed to get their powers first, not Elysia. 
But Faye didn't really care. They knew that their powers would be far greater, but they'd have to be silent and mysterious- which they didn't want. Faye was very extroverted and talkative- once you got them to talk, they'd end up rambling for hours on end. 
Faye started tracing little patterns in the flowery bedspread. They sighed, picked themselves up, opened the painted black door, and walked down to the dinner table. 
Their caretaker smiled excitedly. 
"Faye! The Elders contacted me earlier today! Your Ceremony is tomorrow!" 
"...Yes, Miss Odeon." 
"Aren't you excited?" 
"...Yes, Miss Odeon." 
"Well, eat up! The dinner isn't going to eat itself, dear!" 
"Yes, Miss Odeon. Thank you." 
Miss Odeon beamed at Faye as they slowly ate the dinner. 
"Now, go and get a good night's rest! Remember, go to bed by 10 PM, okay?" 
"Yes, Miss Odeon." 
Faye picked up their plate and put it in the dishwasher, ascending to their room. 
Elysia burst in, prancing around. 
"Faye, Faye! Aren't you so excited!" 
"...Not really, El- I mean, Lilies. Please go, you're invading my privacy." 
Elysia pouted. "Oh, fine. You're such a grouch, Faye." 
"Elysia..."
"Okay, okay! Kingdoms, I'm going!" 
Faye heard the door shut, and footsteps running down the stairs. They looked in the mirror, and were met by their black hair and black eyes. 
They looked down, took out their paints, brushes, water, canvas, and easel, and began to paint. 
After a while, they set down their brushes and were met by a whirlwind of colors, and a picture of a black silhoutte with raven wings and wolf ears, and a purple glowing glass vial. 
~ Time Skip To The Ceremony ~
Faye fidgeted in their uncomfortable clothes- a very itchy blue dress, white leggings, and black heels. The stereotypical white girl outfit. 
"Faye Arcane!"
A loud voice echoed through the room, and Faye quickly stood up and headed towards the stone arch, passed through the stairs, and was met by a glowing white-blue portal. 
Faye sighed, and stepped through the glowing light mass. 
They were met by an amazing garden, with a white-water fountain, so many beautiful trees, fluttering colorful butterflies, splashes of color from azaleas and irises and forget-me-nots and roses and peonies and so many other flowers, met her gaze everywhere they looked. 
Then they remembered what they were doing. 
Faye sighed, and followed the brick path to a fairy-looking gazebo. A man- the King- met their gaze, and smiled. 
"Faye Arcane, they/them pronouns, correct?" 
"...Yes." 
"Please, have a seat, Mx." 
"Thank you."
Faye took a seat, opposite to the King, and awaited her future. 
"Thirdborn...oh my-" 
A glowing light suddenly filled Faye- it felt black, and withering, and evil, and horrible, but it disappeared in a second. 
Faye looked down at themself. 
It was then they realized that they looked completely different- they were in a wolf mask, had wolf ears and raven wings and a demon tail. 
"...Oh my Kingdoms...a Demon Wolven...GUARDS, TAKE THEM TO THE TESTING ROOM!" 
Faye's fight or flight instinct kicked in, and they spread their wings, then remembered they didn't know how to fly. But somehow, their wings spread of their own accord, and they soared into the sky, gracefully dodging every spear, every arrow that came their way. 
They flew for days, over mountains and rivers and lakes and oceans, over islands and jungles and snow and cabins. 
Until they reached a mass of purple land. 
It seemed so close, yet so far...
Faye decided to take their chances and landed near the purple shining gateways. A soldier dressed in purple- literally just a purple figurine- spoke. 
"Ahem! State your name and species!" 
"Ah, um, I'm, er, SilverPhoenix, and I'm a Demon Wolven."
"OHMYLOSTKINGDOMSIAMSOSORRY!" 
The figure swung open the doors, and Faye confusedly entered. 
A regal figure- well, two- perched on thrones glared at Faye. 
"Ah. A Demon Wolven. We've been expecting you, Faye Arcane...We're in need of a Magic Cabin Counselour. Your sister, Elysia Arcane, is also here. LiliesoftheValley. What's your...ah, superfictial name?" 
"SilverPhoenix." 
"Very well then. Will you accept or decline the offer?" 
Faye thought for a minute. They'd get to be with Lilies more, and they'd get a permanent offer to stay here...
"I accept," Faye answered, grinning. 
"Very well then. Welcome to the TLK, or The Lost Kingdoms, Team, Faye Arcane, also known as SilverPhoenix." 
Faye smiled. 
Onto a new life.

The Discoveries
"Who knows where we'll go, over the deep blue below.." 
~Derivakat, CG5, & SAD-ist: Captain's Call- CaptainPuffy's Theme 
[AKA the Ultimate Collaboration] 
In the middle of the night, everything was silent. 
~TIME SKIP TO NEXT MORNING~
The murderer yawned, stretching. Suddenly, a loud bell rang again. Shadow- or was it Fae?-'s voice rang out. 
"Rise and shine! It's a new day! Get ready for the day ahead and head down to breakfast!" 
The murderer and their companions AKA roommates brushed their teeth, did the basic changing, blah blah blah, I won't bore you to death- it was then they found that each of their rooms had been customized, and the closets in their rooms were actually walk in closets and the bathrooms were in the closets. 
They all headed down to the dining hall once again- and very luckily, nobody was abducted and killed [unlike poor Jubilee. Rest in peace. Or..rest in...pie? I guess?]. 
They all sat down, and all of a sudden, an angry Firelily stormed in. 
"Boo's literally not responding! Is he like dead or something?" 
Even with the short amount of time they'd been there, Firelily and Boo had become fast friends- Firelily was one of the only CBers or AEs able to understand Boo's CAPTCHA speech. 
Luna stood up immediately. "What? Boo? Where?" 
Firelily's cabin counselour, SilverPhoenix, stood up and threw an empty wine glass on the floor, glaring at everyone. 
They spoke, but their voice was disorted. 
"Silence!" 
SilverPhoenix's unseen eyes seemed to glare at everyone in the room, surveying their surroundings like a hawk. 
"Magic Cabin Residents. You will be under the command of Thorne, Nature Cabin Counselour while I check on Boo and bring him to the Medicals." 
There was an outbreak of muttering from the vacationers, until SilverPhoenix shouted. 
"SILENCE!" 
Silence fell, and SilverPhoenix muttered something undecipherable, and with a swish of their cloak, exited the hall. 
Thorne spoke. 
"Oookay, this is a little unpredicted. From what I know, a Medicals form is very long, so Magic Cabin Residents, you'll be sticking with the Nature Cabin Residents. I am so sorry for this, but we just weren't expecting this.
The rest of breakfast was spent in silence, and as the Nature and Magic Cabin Residents walked down the hall to the lake, which was the location of their first activity, Kitty Cat found a drop of blood. 
"Why is there blood?" Kitty asked, worried. 
Feline Fantasy glanced at the blood, and found a trail- leading right to the closet-office where Jubilee was murdered just last night...the door was closed. 
Thorne sighed, and pushed open the door, then screamed. 
"WHY IN THE WHOLE LOST KINGDOMS IS THERE A DEAD BODY HERE!"
Rory pushed past Thorne, and shouted, and immediately quieted down. 
Princess Juniper gasped when she saw the body. "That's Jubilee! What's she doing here...?" 
"Oh...dear kingdoms, we're going to have to file a Medicals. Give me a second.."
Thorne frowned, and wrote something down on a sticky note, waved it in the air, and a bird appeared, snatched the note, and flew off. 
"Hmm...well, I guess it's onto our activity!" 
Thorne led them down to the lake and smiled softly. "Our first activity of the day is...swimming! And diving, let's not forget that. I've gotten the go-ahead from Adira to use this water source! Let's begin!" 
Thorne tapped her chin thoughtfully. "I know Mikumi told me something that I had to remember...right! A CBer who a lot of you might not know, one of *glitched out*'s closest friends, is visiting today! *glitched out* has already arranged for them to meet us at the Dinner, so!" 
The CBers, AEs, and CAPTCHAs had an overall fun day- which involved Glimmer finding a glitter cannon, shooting it at Neverseen, who shot one back, and it quickly became a glitter cannon war- Alintha joining shortly, even though a laughing Adira tried to stop her. 
At the end of the day, nobody really won.
They were just all covered in glitter. 
That night, at dinner, after a very refreshing shower, Mikumi and Lyka had returned. 
"Hello everyone, we're staying- the war's over, we're alive, it's all good. Anyways, today we're joined by a guest, a friend of *glitched out*, who invited you to The Lost Kingdoms. May everyone please welcome Inari Snow." 
Inari walked on, eating some chips. They got a lot of strange looks, and said, "What? They're good! Anyways, hi to those who don't know me, I'm Inari Snow, and pronouns? ✨ gender isn't real ✨!" 
[Note by th3mysticw0lf: I asked him to write a short paragraph but it was on short notice and they had a class. Pronouns: he/they I believe, gender: genderfluid, sexuality: bisexual. His AEs are Aspen, Storm, and Oak, and his CAPTCHA is Bax, if I'm not mistaken.] 
Several CBers took up the cheer, shouting "GENDER ISN'T REAL!" while the AEs and CAPTCHA looked on with confused faces. 
The CBers included Kitty Cat, dreamiing, Lumi, Luna-Starr, Twilight, and Honeybee. 
SilverPhoenix had to shout again. 
"SIIIILENCE! For the CBers, AEs, and CAPTCHAs that do not know what they are talking about, ✨gender isn't real✨ is a sort of cult-like thing people formed on NaNo. All people of the cult were-"
The lights flashed off. 
A string of floating words flashed alight. 
"The games start now." 
By the looks of it, SilverPhoenix was almost smiling. Alintha and Adira looked on in terrified horror, whilst Thorne and Storme were calmly looking on. 
The words flashed again, and formed the words, 
"Good luck." 
There was a silence, as the words flashed and reformed once again. 
"From The Murderer." 
The hall erupted in terrified screams.

Hi y'all as a lot of you know I'm going camping 7/9, my grandparents are also leaving soon and I need to pack, so TLK will be taking a temporary hiatus as the camping place has no WiFi [which is NOT FAIR, might I add, as I have EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO SUCH AS NOT WASTING MY TIME HANDWRITING TLK :'(] 

Anyways yeah! Sorry about this but I have an amazing plan for the ending of TLK that NOBODY SHALL EXPECT! 

*cackling*

PT 4
3AM next morning. 
That was when the murderer decided they would strike. 
That was, until, a perfect opportunity presented itself. 
Pangolin. 
The perfect target. 
And, they would gain a Swiss Army Knife and a flask of poison. 
Perfecto. 
They knew the Cabiners were going to the pool tonight. 
Just a little last celebration/gathering...the Cabin Heads decided that would be fitting, due to the eerie messages that were shown at dinner. They thought it would help the CBers know that they were all in this together. 
The night was filled with fun and festivities- indeed, the murderer seemed to have found an unconscious- and currently unknown to them- solution to the controlling of their body- joy. Fun and joy. The presence seemed to shrink in their body with every growing smile, every laugh. 
"Hi *glitched out*! How're you doing?" Pangolin asked, laughing with pure joy as they watched fireflies do cartwheels. 
[Don't ask. Please.] 
"I'm doing pretty good, what about you?" 
Sadly, the night must come to an end, just as all things do.
Somewhere, high in the skies, a figure walked towards a control panel, and flicked a few switches, laughing eerily. 
"Oh, this should be fun..." 
The murderer and their companions went to sleep. 
Until at exactly 3AM, the person flicked another switch. 
The murderer's eyes flicked open, and turned pure black. They stood up almost robotically, walked over to their closet, carefully and quietly opened it, and took out a coil of rope, barely visible. The murderer, in their regular state, wouldn't have known it was there, but this state?....This state had been around-
[*screen turns black*]
[We are currently experiencing several technical difficulties, and will be back soon...]
[*5 minutes later*]
[Aaand we're back!] 
The murderer took the rope, headed towards a sort of weird chamber, and stepped in, whispering, "Pangolin's room." 
There was a small whoosh, and in a flurry of purple particles, they had came to Pangolin's room. They experienced a pang of remorse, remembering their conversation from earlier- Pangolin was truly an amazing soul, and they were really rather sorry she had to be killed. 
The person above rolled their eyes. 
"No more of this empathy. Let's do a little fun torture session." the disorted voice spoke. 
They flicked another switch, and the murderer's eyes turned black again. They held up the rope, tied up a silently freaking out Pangolin, stepped back into the chamber, and teleported this time into a strange dungeon-like room, and tied up Pangolin to a chair, cuffed her hands, and stuffed a cloth into her mouth. 
The murderer's eyes softened for a moment at the sight of Pangolin, struggling and silently freaking out. 
"Sorry...but this is my duty. You'll still get good food and water 3 times a day if you hand over your Army knife and your poison." 
Pangolin sighed, and motioned towards the bag on them. The murderer took out the knife and the flask of poison, clenching the spout of the flask as they shouted to the heavens above, 
"THIS IS MY DUTY TO THE LOST KINGDOMS!"
There was a flash of thunder, as the skies started pouring rain. 
The figure sat down, smiling. 
Their work had just started. 
And it was going splendidly. 
The next morning, the Water Room was thrown into a panic. Adira, a normally calm and collected person, was running around the rooms, in a panic, opening cupboards and grabbing papers. 
Adira noticed the other CBers confusedly staring at her, and laughed a little. 
"Sorry. Uhh, in case you haven't already noticed, Pangolin isn't here. I literally brought Luma- someone you don't know, not Luminescene or Luminara- here to kick down Pangolin's door-" Adira gestured at the very broken door sheepishly- "But there was nobody there." 
"Wait- oh my good gosh what if Pangolin was killed and the body was hidden?" Luminara shouted. 
dreamiing looked nervous. "Should we start investigating the suspects?" 
"Hmm. Possible, but eh. And definitely. I wish TLK would return to the peaceful state it was before. I wish we could have shown you that..."
Adira punched a few buttons into the blue watch she was wearing. 
SilverPhoenix seemed to materialize out of thin air, holding a glimmering purple-black axe. 
Their disorted voice spoke up, "Who called me. I was sleeping for once, yk, getting some nice shut-eye and someone CALLED ME AND WOKE ME UP! Anyways, who do I need to kill." 
"Nobody! I'm sorry about your sleeping situation but somebody from the Water Room is missing!" 
SilverPhoenix seemed bored. "Oh. That's a pity." 
"ARE YOU NOT SCARED OR WORRIED!"
"Nah, that's common wh- I mean, I'm totally worried, you just can't see it." 
"Phoenix. You're terrible at lying." 
SilverPhoenix shrugs. 
"So what if I am? You're terrible at being sneaky." 
"Fair point." 
They lasped into silence, completely forgetting the CBers and AEs and CAPTCHAs were in the room with them. SilverPhoenix picked up their axe, and threw it at Pangolin's wall. The axe sank deeply into the pale blue colored walls after shattering a painting. 
In a whisk of purple and black, the axe flew back to SilverPhoenix's outstretched hand. 
Adira laughed. 
"Not too bad, Faye." 
SilverPhoenix raised an eyebrow. "Think you could do better, Ira?" 
"Nah, but I don't specialize in weaponry."
"Fair point." 
SilverPhoenix sat down, hunched, on an armchair. If it wasn't for the yawning and the patting of the table for the coffee cup, SilverPhoenix would have looked extremely scary. 
Yeah, I don't think anyone was intimidated much. 
Then SilverPhoenix's wolf ears pricked up, and their eyes showed alertness, no longer sleepy and half-closed. 
They noticed Nettle tapping her fingers on the table. Their ears lowered, and they returned to their sleepy, hunched-over state.
"We should probably get M and L in here. Probably the other counselours as well, and probably Fae and Shadow, and maybe Luuma?" 
"Yeah, we should just call a WSM. That would be easier, plus it would save us the hassle of doing....yk, that." 
"Ah, that. Good point. I'll call." 
SilverPhoenix tapped their axe, and a purple and blue hologram spun up. There was a loud blaring and the doors all swung open, revealing very sleepy figures. 
"Who called me up at 5 in the morning. Who. Has. A. Death. Wish." 
"Me. And I don't have a death wish. If you're going to attack me, you have a death wish, thank you very much." 
"pFFT- okay I'm sorry that was rude." 
"Nah it's alr." 
"K then. What's the situation then?" 
"Weeeell, to break it to you slowly-"
"Pangolin's missing." 
The whole place was thrown into a frenzy, and it serious took SilverPhoenix smashing the blunt side of their axe into a table and destroying the table to shut them all up. 
"WE START LOOKING AFTER BREAKFAST!" SilverPhoenix roared. 
Everyone shouted some version of "YES" and ran towards the breakfast hall, leaving a sighing SilverPhoenix. 
"My good gods, this isn't exactly pleasant." grumbled SilverPhoenix. "All I wanted was a little peace and quiet as Phoenix, but NOOOOO, I have to take care of these halfwits. Best make the best of my time."

Hm...So the murderer sort of teleported to Pangolin's room? Does that mean that the murderer was far away from Pangolin, and if so, would that rule out the members of the Water Room? 

But of course, it seems like each member has their own room in their room, so that might mean the Water Room - people still are suspects? I guess we'll just have to see.
