Dear Whomever This May Concern,
I am the Gatekeeper of the old palace in your town, which is now turned into a resort. Even if you don't live in Pudding, it's a relatively short hop over. Please pack your bags, and come! You're allowed to take companions such as AEs and CAPTCHAs, and additional pets. Kindly fill out the form on the other side of this paper, and pack your bags. The train will be arriving at the nearest station at midnight. I sincerely hope you properly equip yourself. It would be a shame if you died before you truly enjoy your stay at the palace.

"Are you sure that this letter is meant for me?"
"Yes my liege. Your name was written about forty-three times on the envelope."
You sit back, and massage your temples. "Do you think it could be a threat? They suggest murder, or death at the very least," you mutter to the butler.
"I do not know. The writer seemed genuinely concerned."
"Pack my bags. They must be ready by midnight. I shall come out when I have finished filling out the back."
"Are-are you actually going on this preposterous venture?!"
"My loyal servant, there is only one way to find out the true intentions of this letter."
You dismiss the butler, and flip over the paper. You see the following.

You're about to turn it back over when your eye catches sight of something you're sure that hadn't been there before. It reads: Please come properly equipped, it really would be a shame if you were murdered. The life expectancy at the palace is rather low due to . . . unfortunate technicalities.
You sigh, and start to fill out the sheet.

I will take twelve people before I start; feel free to join after, but still fill out the sheet. If you hate Broadway musicals, I suggest you bring earmuffs. Also, the train is rather old, so I highly advise your character to bring duck tape or something like a hook to hold on by.

Luggage- Everything you'll need for a long trip. Journals and a pen that can turn into various wepons and can't be taken without permisson.

Holly is a cute little orange tabby with green eyes. She's kitten sized but is fully grown. She's smart and pretty sassy.

How exciting! A ski lodge! A murder mystery! I'm definitely coming! Also, a question about these, is the murderer one of the guests? And the last one standing is the murderer?

Personality: Quiet and shy at first with new places and/or people--I'll often listen in on other people's conversations without talking. Then, after I get over that and make some friends, I'll become very outgoing, talkative, loud, chatty, and very jumpy as well.
Apperance: Asian. Silky smooth black hair let loose all the way down my back with magnolia flowers woven in. Pretty tall for my age, likes to wear boots with heels that make me seem even taller, usually wears colorful skirts. Black, almond-shaped eyes. Long fingers.
Luggage: Duct tape, clothes, a journal, my pencil case with a really expensive graphing calculator that can do so much even I don't know its fullest extents. Anyways, it can do whatever I tell it to do. And, also, I will bring a mini magnifying glass.

Eh, all that depends on the writer's style I think. I've seen some people kill off everyone except the murderer, or they might leave a little band of survivors to defeat the murderer.

Hey so I'm still sorta gone but I just checked in today on a whim and I wanted to join this because it looks cool. Don't expect many more posts. Sorry.

Personality: Oh yeah, a personality. I keep forgetting to pack one of those. Hm... let's go with "sarcastic, socially awkward, and unreasonably scared of spiders."

Luggage: Duck tape (made by ducks, from ducks, for ducks), toothbrush/paste, couple changes of clothes, various toiletries, some books or whatever, a couple water bottles, a flashlight, some sort of small dead animal in a jar, a small sack containing an indiscernible but very pungent goo, let's stop before this gets any weirder...

Companions: AE Cass (Female), and my female cat CAPTCHA, Agatha.
Pets: Adrrible blonde fluffy cocker spaniel dog named Chipper. Is not very chipper. Lays around sleeping and eating most of the time.
Personality: Definatly an introvert when meeting people for the first time. After I find something in common with someone, I warm up rather quickly. Is not on to show much outward emotion, unless it is disgust or surprise. If I'm upset (About someone dying, per se) I usually hide all my emotions in a mask untill I'm alone and can vent in my thoughts or journal. Can be sarcastic around people I am comfortable with. Rather self-consious. Not one to jump into or start a conversation unless I am adressed first.
Appearance: Vivid green eyes. Coppery-colored hair; almost like a polished penny, about 3 inches past shoulder length with layers and side bangs. Wears earring studs in the shape if musical notes, shirts of muted colors and usually a pair of washed-out capris with lace-up hiking boots. Tan skin, though pale in winter, and is 5' 8".
Luggage: Earmuffs, which I may or may not use, depending in just what musical is playing. Neon green, plum purple and white with a mustached background duck tape rolls. Clothes, knitting tote, journal + pens, high-powered flashlight, chocolate, leash for Chipper, leash for Agatha (she hates it, but still), fluffy blanket, and laptop computer, if there will be internet at The Palace. Oh yeah, and a Swiss Army knife, equipped with can opener, knife, pen-light, tweezer, ect.

Personality: I am bold with people I know, but really shy with people I don't know or am afraid of. I'm kind of awkward socially. I am a bookworm, but not too shy. I do Irish dance.
Appearance: I have cat ears and a tail that color-change from yellow to orange. My hair is wavy and brownish black. I have purple glasses. My height is somewhere in the medium short area. I usually wear t-shirts with jeggings, yoga pants, or sweatpants. I am comfortable in a casual dress, although I find them impractical and wear them rarely.
Luggage: I am bringing my Kindle, a Harry-Potter-style wand, and all the necessary clothes/toiletries/etc.
Other: I gave the 5-second description for my companions, but I can fill out a sheet for them if you'd like.
