Sewing, Knitting, Crocheting Thread!!!
Hi! This is a thread where you can post things you've sewn, crocheted, knitted, woven, embroidered... whatever! It's like Lap's art posting thread but for fabric and thread-type stuff. I don't know how many people do that type of stuff, but we'll see... Anyway, this way you can, like in Lap's thread, comment on people's art and techniques and stuff and post your own!
I mainly sew stuff like clothes and other things, but post whatever you want!

Definitely another quilt. I've always admired those professional quilters who make scenes that are so life like!! Have you seen the quilt "Catching Bubbles" it's AMAZING! I sort of have thought about for a while about making a simpler version (obviously!!!) of that sort of style, where you literally recreate a photograph. Haven't started or anything. Just another one of my ideas...

I was given some yarn for Christmas. What I would really like to knit with it is a sweater, but I only have 522 yards. It's cotton worsted yarn. Can you knit a sweater with this much yarn? If someone has a pattern that would be great. Thank you!

I don't have a pattern, but I'd guess you might be able to knit a fitted sweater if it's in a small size... if not you might consider a short-sleeved sweater or vest or bolero, if you're willing to compromise a piece of the sweaterness :)
