He's back and he killed Poe Allen in a way that completely destroyed his body, effecitvely demonstrating what should have been done when he* was killed the first time.

He hates you because you are the one person he can not break. He has broken political enemeys, citizens. Rumor has it he baisicly broke Octavia. He has made hundreds of people eel worthless and bow to him, but not you. He has actually given up on me. I have broken into his base five times, and he has yet to stop me. And I do not hate you.
