Having heard good things (very good things along the lines of "NaNo tore out my soul, melted my brain, and broke my left thumb") about NAtional NOvel WRIting MOnth, I skimmed a few older threads on the subject and then checked out the NaNo site. Very very extensively. Then with my mother's permission I signed up. It looks very interesting. I'm pretty sure there are at least two other people on here who do it...
Anyway, I'm practicing the "procrastinating" part for November by making random posts on Cricket instead of finishing my summer homework... the middle school teachers will just adore me, I'm sure.

You pro'ly would have thought of it at some point. And about THe Neverending Story: YEAH! I think it's funny though, the "Neverending" story by Michael "Ende"? lol. AM I allowed to call you Wolfy? ANd have you given DWJ another try yet?

Haha. You mentioned somewhere that I'm being "TNOized"... "Can I call him Wolfy? Pleaseohplease" was exactly what TNO (umlaut) said when I introduced him on the rp. :) But yeah, you can call me Wolfy if you want. :)
I *promise* that I will give DWJ another try as soon as I go to the library. Which will be very soon. Promise! Really!

*dances* small victory to koffee! I have signed up for the *sigh* kids writing thing. My parents don't want me to overload myself with the full 50k. *lip trembles* no one laugh at me for being on the young writers one. I'm actually quite excited! I mean, if I want I can always go past my word limit and try to make the 50k unofficially... someone else do YWP so that I can buddy you! :D Someone join me in this! I neeeeeed a buddy!

Well, if they just keep on deleting me I s'pose I'll have to do it. *scowl* Yes, did you guess I'm feeling a tad sour toward age limits? If they don't though... hey! Maybe I'll convince Maggie to do it... mwahahahaha.

I might actually change to the ywp, because my schedule is so loaded I don't think I'll be able to do the whole 50k shebang. So I might be joining you, Koffee!

I'm going to ask my mom if I can sign up for this tonight. It's so insanely amazing, I don't know why I didn't do it before.
Question: Can you start writing your book before November 1st? 'Cause I have this one that's about 30 thou words.
