This thread is for anyone looking for someone to edit their novel, novel in progress, or short story, etc, or anyone looking for some opinions on their writing!
Here's how it works (editing):
Writers looking for an editor:
You'll post the title of your story, novel, etc, as well as a summary, and people can apply to be an editor.
After that, you'll post a couple paragraphs of the beginning of your novel, story, etc, and the applying editors will edit it.
Then you'll read all the edited versions, and decide whose editing style you like best, and let them know that you'd like for them to edit your piece!
Applying Editors:
All you have to do let the person know that you'd like to edit.
As for critique, please keep it to constructive criticism, if any at all.

I'd Like anyone to edit my book! I already have Inktail copy-editing my Five Doors series, but I would love someone to edit any if these options:
Kingdom Animalia, Book 1: Flyers
Genre: Fantasy
Summary: The jewels of flight have been stolen from Yellow Valley. The birds are beginning to lose their ability to fly. Zela, a young fledgling, wants to learn to fly, but the flight ceremonies are being put off until the jewels are found. One day, when Zela finds an old letter signed by one of the Great Birds, her life is changed forever. Secrets are uncovered, turmoil arises, history is made. Will the birds of Yellow Valley ever be the same again?
The Elves of Litenis Valley
Genre: Fantasy
Summary: There is currently a war in Litenis Valley, spreading throughout the kingdoms. No one knows why, and a band of Rebels is determined to get to the bottom of it. As Marya sneaks away to her Rebel meetings, her tomboy sister Arowyn desperately tries to get into the army. I still have some major plot holes with this one, and need to figure out whether Arowyn gets into the military or follows the Rebel group secretly.
The Legend of Falcon Featherblade
Genre: I think it's Fantasy of a sort, but it's also a little sci-Fi. Maybe.
Summary: A girl named Falcon Featherblade grows up as an orphan, then escapes and is raised by wolves, befriends a baby Dik-dik (I couldn't resist:-P) and finds out she is the only one who can save the world from something.... I still have some major plot holes here, too. Oh, and she finds out she can fly or something like that.
Starfire (that's a pending name; I'm still undecided).
Genre: Fantasy
Summary: In the Packlands live many different clans, and two Rival clans are about to clash. Starfire, the young leader of the Starlight Clan, isn't sure if herself/doesn't know what to do/ isn't ready. She finds out she's from another coan after being washed downstream in a flood. I think she may find out that clan life isn't for her or something. I need major help with my poor, falling apart, plot.
Someone please help me with my plots!
