almost all of the RPs i have joined died out and the only one left that is still continuously active is spirit animal. all of the other threads that are up are too far into the storys for me to join. so i have decided to take matters into my own hands and start an RP myself, the MythBorn RP!
once upon a time, here on earth, five kids were born who were half human, half mythical creature. no one is sure how this happened but it did. these kids did not know about their powers and untill now, they have lived like regular humans, the only thing difforent about them was the fact that their eyes glowed with the color of power that they had. but not for long! an evil is afoot that is much older than them and this evil is also a MythBorn.
here are the rules
- only 5 MythBorn and 1 evil allowed but that does not mean that those are the only spots available! you can make a charrie that is the best friend of a MythBorn or maybe an evil henchman, its up to you! you could be a teacher at the school where the Mythborn are enrolled, or maybe a scholar who is helping the MythBorn. the options are limitless!
- no MythBorn may have the same mythical creature, if someone is already a griffin, you cant be one too
- The MythBorn can be relatively OP but nothing over the top. you may be able to teleport or shoot energy beams but nothing like limitless mind controll or the ability to create anything.
- Each MythBorn may have 1-3 powers, not including the ability to shapeshift into their Mythical creature
- you may have two charries if you want but only one can be MythBorn
-Please try to post, if you make a charrie but never post again after that you wont be included

Description: short for her age with long brown hair and freckles. hair is usually in a pony tail and she is relatively pretty.
Personality: loud and outspoken but a nice person

eye color: her eyes are a fiery red/yellow/orange color
Mythical creature: dragon (duh)
Powers: Can breath fire but only in dragon form, can fly in human form as well as dragon form but only by revealing her dragon wings, can grow dragon claws in hyman form.

Personality: Impulsive, Reckless, Distrusts outsiders. (I was thinking Jade could be kinda convinced to be a bad guy by the anchient evil)

Eye Color: a vivid Shamrock Green
Mythical Creature: Cu Sith, a white wolf with the same eyes, the head and front paws are white, but fades to green, leaf-shaped fur farther down the wolf.
Powers: Earth control i.e. rocks, sand, minerals. Must stay in contact with earth to use.

what of the evil is a powerful artifact (to be determined later) that jade found and when she came into contact with it it turned her into a MythBorn and corrupted her?

ok, ready to start, will post what my charrie is up to now.

l search under my bed, scrounging around until I feel a small box. Grinning, I pull it out and open it,there inside are three gold bracelets and a single earring with an amber teardrop. I put them on and look in the mirror. I grin again, I had always liked jewelry and and things that shine, I was never sure why. Maybe it was the way that the gold shone from the inside, kind of like my eyes. I turn and pick up my back pack, then head out of the door. Little did I know, I my life was about to change forever.
