Okay so you go to a high school called WHS (woods high school). Your mascot is a wolf with silver eyes.
Today you got a letter in your locker writen with red ink saying:
Come to the science room at 9:12 tonight or everyone will know your secret.
Your secret? Your a shape shifter.
At school a Jaguir escaped from the zoo and prosper the halls. Everyone fleeded but you and the others who got the note. You stayed knowing you had to go to this meeting and that you'd be safe in your animal form. You simply told your mom that you were at a friend's house.
Now you can to meet in the science room. You were surprised when Madi, the queen bee pretty girl of the school, came clean and announced that she wrote the note. You watched as she turned into a king cheeta and almost ate a white hamster. She was stopped by a number of other shape shifters, you noticed one as Jay, the hot jock of WHS high. Another was SJ, she was kind ove a queen bee but a favourite victim of Maxi. She had her own group of followers though. The last one you recognize as the quiet, shy girl always at the back of the class. You think her name was Elysia. Madi escaped through a window. And SJ in her form of a Jaguir, gave chase. You saw a slick lynx jump out after them. You were shocked. And stared around at the other shape shifters in in shock. Madi was back in a little more then 5 minutes. She sat down and curled her tail to tell you that there is are people that want to take over the world and that we are all that stands between then. She says that our little town, Woodsdale, has the highest population of shape shifters and if we can't stop them then no one can. Did you belive her? Jay and Elysia didn't. The circled her, questioning weather she killed AN or not you were scarred. She said that SJ GOT what she deserved.
Suddenly there are sirens and and everyone gathers around the window to see SJ and the lynx dashing towards the school. Suddenly they swerve and vanish in the fence forest. But the cars don't stop. Finally the come to a halt in front of the window. Everyone jumps back as it explodes and a tough looking 16 or 17 year old boy comes from the dust. He looks down at Madi and states how she really did come up with a group of shape shifters, and how he could just kill them all right now. Then he told her to join him. She said no. His eyes flashed and he turned into a large, snarling Gray wolf with supersized fangs and claws. He said how she should've joined him while she had the chance. Then he attacked. And Jay and Elysia, shocked, but battle ready, attacked him side by side with Madi. When they had him pinned down he laughed and shot a ball of light or magic at all of them. They were knocked away, and the Fox was knocked unconscious. He glanced up and shot another into the air. An owl fell from the sky, a wild cat catching her in his teeth and leaping out the window. Then he pounced on Maxi, his teeth bared and ready for a death blow. Then she started glowing gold. And like lightning she pushed him off her and into a wall. She got up in a fast movement, staring after him as he transformed and vanished into the night.
After she told you that he was his brother and the leader of the shape shifters planing to take over the world. She said that every shape shifter has a Power to go along with their animal. She said that his was brute strength, and that he could harness his energy into a ball of light that would stun all or kill, depending on how much energy there was. And she said that hers was the Power of speed, giving her the strengths of thunder and the speed and fire of lightning.
And that's were we left off!!! Now anyone can join they just have to stick with the RP and post.
Also the first thread is on the second page if you want to look at it for reference.
The rules for this RP is that no one knows what their Power is and hast to unlock it. The power can't be to OP, but it can't be to bland either. Like you can't have the power to kill anything with your eyes, and you can't have the power to see what another shape shifters animal is. It hast to be something powerful and useful in battle, but not so powerful that it would make you OP.
AND NO ONE CAN HAVE THE SAME ANIMAL.

Appearance as human: teal green eyes, reddish brown wavy hair. Lush lips and long eyelashes. All ways wearing makeup. Tanned skin.
Appearance as animal: Red Orange fur, like a sunset with the smoke and light of a fire in the distance. Has a mix of Orange, brown, red, deep gold spot pattern. Has teal green eyes.
Personality: loud and demanding. But nice and sweet at times. Has a short temper, and doesn't do well solving problems or putting peices together. Hates people that are extremely dramatic about everything. Still figuring out her animal side. If she gets scared when she's in her Jaguir form she turns back into a human.
Power: camouflage. Can shift her form to look like another animal or shift her colours to blend in with her background.
Background: was friends with Piper the winter white hambster in elementary school up to sixth grade when she bit her in her hamster form. She didn't realize that the hamster was Piper, but she knew that Piper had let this happen to her and didn't care and never showed up while she was at the hospital. The bite made her appendix burst and she has a long scar from it. Found out that she was a shape shifter at lunch today, causing the hole school to close down. Because they thought she escaped from the zoo.

Appearance as human: large, muscular but sky build. Has gem blue eyes and dark brown hair. Has tan skin and is the scorer for the football team, he's so sly he can slip out of a tackle.
Appearance as animal: dark midnight pelt with traces for silver spots. Has sharp silver claws and gem blue eyes.
Personality: loud and demanding about everything. Slick with sticky situations, and has many friends.
Power: darkness. He has blend into any shadow, and he cannot harness and shoot shadows which can stun or kill depending on how powerful it is.
Background: found out he could shape shift when he was three. He was playing with his cat and transformed into a baby panther. His parents never knew. He used to be Madi's old boy friend. Now he's SJ's boyfriend and has a crush on Elysia and Piper.

I'm going to try and join up with you guys because it was kinda confusing for me about the raid. I'm not particularly sure, but I was thinking that my character is also related to Imperia somehow, but dosen't know it. Maybe my character can be a Uraeus from ancient egypt.

I followed the principal, and I must say, it is quite creepy, having her a dragon, even though I have read Edgar Allen Poe and am not scared of them. There was talk about the Imperia among the group, and principal summers kept mentioning it, when walking through the creepy tunnel in a building that seemed old and abandoned, which reminded me of Edgar's The Fall of the House of Usher which was kinda also based on a large old house. Then when this swan door opened, it was definitely like a base for a richly funded sociation, unlike the Vanger base. I looked at the statues lined upon the sides of the hall. The hall was grand, and the statues seemed to be able to move as they please, but not far from their pedestal. I spotted a large snake on the side, and it nodded at me, tongue slidding out of it's magnificent marble mouth. The the group started moving past the revealed waterfall entrance by then, so I glanced back at the statue one last time before the waterfall closed behind me. It was now doing regular buisness, and I had to jog to catch up with the others. Then Principal summers explained on what happened to SJ, and everyone looked at Iridessa when she said it was only to be cured by dreams. I of course, wasn't really paying attention. Why was that snake looking at me? I thought.

I wake up in a white hospital room. i am in lynx form and a woman is standing over me rubbing some sort of cream over my side. i wince and sit up. i hurt all over. then i suddenly remember SJ. I jump to my feet. my side burns and the healer trys to stop me but i race out of the door and skidd to a stop next to the principal. Shifting to a human i gasp out, "what happened to SJ?"

I'm sosososo sorry I haven't posted much! I've had a really busy and stressful past few weeks. I have a way to explain it in the story though!

I pad along with the group in fox form, paws making no noise on the damp forest floor. The cool night air penetrates my fur and makes me shiver. It rustles the trees and blows the leaves into a cloud. Wait... leaves aren't that loud. I whip my head around and look through the bushes, and my eyes meet... something's eyes. They're red and menacing, and all of the sudden I feel the urge to turn invisible and not be seen. I speed up to catch up with the group.
"Sorry I fell behind," I pant to SJ.
"Hmm? When?" she asks. I begin to reply, but then realize that she's talking to Tash.
"What? I didn't say anything!" he says.
I cock my head, confused at why they couldn't tell it was me, and then look down. My paws are gone. Actually, all of me is gone. Invisible.
I pause for a moment. A mixture of confusion and excitement flood my brain, replaced by worry when I find that I can't turn back. I run to catch up again, but running without being able to see youself is disorientating at first, and I stumble and fall. I make my way, slower this time, up to the rest, but only just arrive in time to see a hidden door swing shut behind them.
I mutter under by breath and pace back and forth, trying not to get too cold. But those eyes, the red ones I had seen earlier... I kept imagining I saw them wherever I looked. They seemed to look straight into your soul, like they knew your deepest, darkest secrets, your worst nightmares, your highest dreams. They seemed to suck the hope right out of you.
The wind is speaking
The imperia must fall
Their power is peaking
The Darkvanger will rule them all.
The red eyes are following me, even though I'm still stuck in invisibility. My imagination has become reality. I suddenly realize where the Imperia is - it had been right infront of me the whole time. I begin to run. I have to get there first. The eyes follow.

"NO. NO way." I say, my eyes wide. "I'm NOT going...inside of her dreams. I don't even know how I do it--" "Too late." My mother whispers, and I feel a little stab of pain on my arm.
My mother is holding a needle to it.
"Traitor." I mutter before I crumple into her arms into the world of dreams.

I go through a hallway of lockers in my dreams--or is it not even my dream's but my animal's dreams? I mean, could my power only be connected to--naw, it's probably fine. I should stop getting so into this.
I drift through, staring at multiple lockers. Finally, I think this is SJ's--nope, wrong one. I try and try against lockers, until I find the right one... "SJ?" I quietly enter into a room of jungle, with trees huge and vines criss-crossing.
I hear a snarl. Something prowls the jungle.
My mind races. What's going on?! Where is SJ!? Where am I?!
My hand touches a vine and I recoil, remembering the forest that I was captured in, after my stupid report... Ugh, focus, Dessa! "SJ?" I call, whispering. "S.....J....?" I call, rapidly freaking out. "SJ!" I shriek.
Snarls. And then underbrush repeatedly crashes. It's so frightening that I forget that I am inside of a dream, a realm inside of my and SJ's heads. And then I hear another snarl, and I claw at the bark of a tree with my nails, trying to climb it.
I'm so panicked that I can't morph and fly away.
Suddenly, a Jaguar appears out of the underbrush, and it flies at me with alarming speed, launching itself through the air with it's powerful legs.
In a blur of speed and motion I'm pinned between two powerful paws. A pair of eyes that are yellow, but ringed with a red circle stare at me. I can't move. I can't do anything. I...I...I...I...I......
But I'm sluggish, I can't fight, almost as if I'm in a dream--
Wait, this is a dream!! "For one, the Jaguar didn't tackle me. It missed and hit the ground to my left." I say calmly. Pop. I'm standing up again and the Jaguar's in the dirt over there...
SJ's the Jaguar! That's it! When she...okay..gotta do this.
"Okay, you're not a Jaguar, you're a human named SJ." I say calmly.
Nothing happens.
"Your name is SJ?" I say, confused. All that happens is that a collar appears around SJ's neck with the inscription "SJ" on it. "Your name is SJ." I say, getting frustrated by the second.
Maybe I can't change who she really is....
But I can show her who she was.
"Dream, you're now WHS." I say calmly. Pop! Wow, I'm getting good at this. "Dream, show me a fake but realistic Jay." Jay materializes in front of me. Wow. He DOES look real! I tap into my memories, sitting alone at the back of the cafeteria. It was a long time ago. SJ and Madi were both freshmen that loathed eachother. "The room is now the WHS cafeteria." I say calmly. SJ gets up and growls, advancing towards me through the cafeteria. "Can you make it so that SJ can't move? Like, in those nightmares when you can't move to escape?" I ask, smiling slightly. SJ growls, and puts up a fuss, and spits, but luckily, she can't move. She really IS terrifying... "Dream, do your best to reenact SJ's memories of the food fight. This is her dream, so you probably can do it, right?" And students flood the hall as the food fight starts. Sure, it's not exact, but it matches her memories as best as possible. If I can just keep this up...

I had an idea. What if Vanger was another Shapeshifter that originally was an Animal? Like, he originally was a black dragon. The last dragon ever existing, before the rest were defeated in duels, or set into slumber to never exist again. And maybe Vanger has discovered how to do a few other animal transformations too.
Lea, hang in there, we'll work you into this somehow!

Sorry it took me so long to post. Very busy.
Anyway, I like the idea, Icy! About Vanger being the last dragon and an animal shifter. How about he can turn into a human but also a gaint boa contructer? Do you have any other animal idea's?

I see a human in my tarratory. I growl, slowly gaining on her. She was confused for a moment callinmg something out in her squeeky language. Then she saw me and everything was panick. She tried running, but stummbled and fell. She tried climing a tree, even if she could clime it she would've been easyer prey up a tree. I snarled and she turned around, frightened. Easy prey. I lept, pinning her easily between two paws. Then in a calm voice she said something and I was suddenly on the ground a few feet away from her. I blinked shaking my head in confusion. Her mouth moved and a sound escaped again. I regained my balance and stood blinking at her. She said something again, and then again, as if confused. SHe said the same thing again and that's when I saw the collor around my neck. The thing enebbed onto it looked familular and something at the back of my head started itching as I kept looking at it. Z-Z-S-S-I-S.... I struugled to make it out, and then suddenly the jungle changes into some sort of human building. I'm shocked. Blinking, I forget about the collor. And then suddenly a male human comes out of nowhere to blink at the female. His gem blue eyes were hypmotizing and somehow very familular. And then the room changes again. I blink away my confusion and continue my hunt for my prey. She squeeks something again and suddenly I can't move. Foward or back. I struggle, my paws are stuck to the floor! ARe my claws stuck? I can't even recline them! I moved again, struggling to lift my paws. I growled at my prey and barred my teeth threateningly, drool slidding off my teeth and flying into the air. My prey just looked at me and smiled. The boy had a stone-cold exprection and didn't even move. And then suddenly millions of little humans rush into the room, flinging food. I snarled, moving around and trying to get free as the kids surounded me. And then one girl emerged from the crowd and smiled, before throwing a peice of fish into my face. I roared threateningly, my anger bubbling and growing. And then suddenly, all of the kids dropped dead. I snarled trumphetingly, but I still couldn't move. My prey stared at me fearfully, and then said something again. This time the room changed into a slimmer hallway, and a ravage jagure was darting towards me. The jagur passed threw the prey and I thought she had killed her. Just like that? Fear overcame me, and I felt myself start to flicker. I can't explain it, but it felt like I was flickering. And then the jagure dived into a room. A voice squeeked again, and I saw the prey, unharmed standing there like nothing had happened. And then we were in a different hallway. A girl and the same boy from before were sitting next to big metal blocks. They were talking quietly and the girl's face was wet with water. How was it wet with water? I snarled at them. The prey, sounding anoyed, said something else, and a large, black dragon materalized infront of me. My heart lept when its eyes set on me. They said predator. Again I felt myself flickering. The prey squeeled in joy and commanded the dragon to come closer to me. Wait, comanded? Why is she telling the dragon what to do? The dragon should fear me like she does! And then suddenly the dragon vanished. My prey squeeled in shock, then anger. She clicked her tounge and I growled back. Then she said something else and a lynx matabalized in front of me. He darted around my paws and I just stared at him with menacencing glare. And then suddenly his form shifted to turn into a boy. I cocked my head. He looked famalular. And with his image came a new emotion. Did he mean something to me? Did I know him? And then suddenly the black dragon came back and swatted the boy in the side. He flew threw the air, his side bleeding heavily, and landed with a thump. I roared, sad comming from my throat and engulfing me. And then suddenly I was free. I darted towards him and layed a gental paw on his side. He was saying something. "S....J...." SJ. I looked down at the coller. SJ. I looked over at the human.

Tash skidded to a stop in the hallway. With out even taking a breath he burst out, "Where is SJ?!"
Princable Summers clicked her touge on the back of her teeth. Iredessa was still slung in her arms. Gently she placed her down on the soft looking carpet and went over to Tash. His eyes were unblinking, demanding answers. "Go back to the nurse, Tash."
She reached for him and he flinched away growling, "No. I'm staying right here. Whatever you told them, tell me. I'm not going anywhere."
Mrs. Summers sighed. "Come in Tash."
He walked in and glanced wonderingly at Iridessa on the floor. I watched him closely with my sharp eyes. As did every other person in the room. Mrs. Summers quickley went over everything, explaining the Imperia, the building, Vanger and the DarkVanger clan. After she restated everything she told him of SJ, and what Iredessa was doing right then. Tash looked shocked. "So you mean she-she's a jagure that can turn into a human?"
"Yes." Princable Summers sighed. "Iredess is trying to connect with her in the dream world. If she can, SJ may be able to escape and come back to us. She just hast to be reminded of her past from time to time and herslef now, and how she is that same in human and in jagur."
Tash figeted, looking down at Iredessa. Then Shadow broke the silents. "What about that snake statue that looked at me up there?" He blurted.
"Oh," Mrs. Summers chuckled. "Theses statues are the gaurdains to each shapeshifter's lair. Mine is neat, but others you will find like an animal layer. There we recive our missions and updates on the various Dark ganges in our small town, and in the forest."
"Bu-but-t," Shadow stammered. "Why did it move? Why did it watch me?"
"Ah....." Princable Summers reached up and grapped hold of a handle sticking from the ceiling. "Take a look."
I saw it was one of those telescope things that submerines and things use to look out of a tight space. Shadow looked through and moved the handle around. "You're moving the head of the swan ontop of my base right now. You're seeing through its eyes. The statues up there that don't move are the statues of a shapeshifter that has passed. Usually we move new recruits, like you guys, into those rooms and replace the head of the animal to match your own animal." Shadow suddenly let go of the handle like it was burning hot and backed up with a pail face.
"There's something up there..." he started but trailed off.
Princable Summers looked through the handle and gasped just as Iridessa looked up with a gasped and a frightened look in her eyes as she looked up at the people around her. "They're comming..."

I look up in alarm. The handle of the door was glowing and sparking with electricity. The only shapeshifter I knew had electric powers was Maxi. I slowly stalk towards the door. "Tash! don't" said principle summers but I had no intention of stopping. If maxi was behind that door I was going to suck away his power permanently so he couldn't hurt anyone else. The door creaked open, just a sliver and I searched out with my power, looking for the shapeshifter that was hidden within. But it wasn't Maxi... it was something much worse.
