Stolen RP
Please don't let this RP die! I'm not in any RPs that aren't dead, so I wanted to create one that wouldn't die! And this is kind of based on a story I'm writing.
So basically this story is set in a future world, where there is a king/dictator again (History repeats!), and he lives in a beautiful castle and all that, but his kingdom is in a circle around him, and most of the people in the kingdom are poor. Once in a while, a child is stolen from the kingdom and is never seen again. These children are called the Stolen. No one knows what happened to them. It isn't kidnappers, because whenever this happens, silver sparks are shot up into the sky and the next day, there are silver sparkles everywhere, and then the sparkles disappear.
Here's what happened to the children: the king took them. He was taking them to create an army to expand his territory to beyond the kingdom. Beyond the kingdom, it's a forest and there are Native American-like tribes in the forest. THe king wants to kill them or make them his slaves and he wants to use his child army to do it. Some of the army people are grown up, and some still children. In this RP, you can either be one of the Stolen, someone from the village, or someone from the tribes, but only ten people allowed, and at least half have to be Stolen. You can have two charries.
Here's my charrie sheet.
Name: Aiyana
Age (Between 10 and 20): 12
Appearance: Black eyes, black, wavy hair up her waist but usually kept in a bun with a bunch of hair still hanging down, kind of dark skin, like Native Americanish dark, because she's from the Tribes.
Personality: Loyal, fierce, would do anything to protect her tribe from threats. A natural leader among her friends.
Stolen, Tribes, or Regular person?: Tribes
Backstory: She's the daughter of the cheif of the tribe she's in, but still good friends with some of the regular people. She was taught never to leave the forest's protection, because then she would be in the kingdom, where there are dangerous things. Her tribe is the Tiger Tribe, and they are good friends of the tigers. She even has a pet tiger that roams around in the forest, but comes at her call.
Other: She is the chief's only child, and her tiger's name is Fire.

Oh, might. I forgot her charrie was named Wren! Her twin was named Asia instead. >_<

Yes, we can start now. Actually, I think I'll start it off.
~Aiyana
"Fire!" I call and my tiger comes bounding toward me. He gets down, and I smile. He wants me to ride him.
I jump onto him and he leaps off, into the forest. I laugh as the trees pass by me in a blur. This is fun! Then Fire suddenly stops, almost flinging me off, "What-" I stop as I see what's before me. Silver dust covers the ground a few feet away. Silver dust from the village, blowing into the forest whenever a child is stolen. I shiver. Who is it this time?
I don't know why the village has it's children stolen. I don't know how it works, but I don't like it. I'm glad I live in the Tiger Tribe, where children aren't stolen and there is no silver dust. Some of my people say it's stardust, or moondust. Can the pale skinned make stardust and moondust? I don't know what they can do, because Father says that they are very dangerous people. My people say that some kill their own people for fun, and that they occasionally come into our land to kill animals. Some of my people say they're heartless, but I'm curious about them.
I hear a noise behind me, and I see my friend Wren come to stand with me, "Those pale skinned have stolen once again." She looks sad, and I remember that her tribe was demolished by these people. A surge of unexpected anger fills me, and I look down.
A kestrel flies toward us, and I recognise her. It's Sasha, Wren's kestrel. I smile, "Look. It's Sasha!"
Wren nods, and we head back toward my tribe. Father would not be pleased if he caught me so near the village. Father is one who strongly believes that the pale skinned are terrible and heartless. Mother says it's because his parents were caught and killed by them. I shiver. They burned down his entire tribe.

~Rain
A autumn moon slips past the nearly bare trees. Sending her warm light through the one window in the girl's dormitory.
I rest my arms across the sill, a light breeze catching the folds of my nightgown. It is one of the rare times when the window is not completely obscured by bodies. Many of whom only glimpse the light of day for a mere moment before they are dragged back into torturous training sessions.
I shiver, again feeling the sting of today's beatings.
A soft trill spills into the dorm. I quickly withdraw from the open window, barely able to contain my excitement. A moment passes before a silver owl alights on the sill, drawing her wings to her sides. Her dark eyes take in the scene, making me imagine her as a fallen star. A messenger for the moon.
"windswift" I whisper softly.*** She cocks her head slightly and coos.
I smile. "I made something for you." She chirups gingerly.
I scramble over to my bed, removing a yellowed parchment from under my paper thin pillow.
"Here," I gently place it a few feet from where windswift perches. She gazes at me, unsure.
I sigh. "You won't take it till you know I'm asleep won't you?" She gives me a comforting look but doesn't move.
I gingerly shuffle toward my bed, pulling the filthy linens to my shoulders and closing my eyes. Imitating the soft snore of Abigail, the bedside next to mine.
After a minute or so I hear a light beating of wings, then silence.
I smile contentedly.
***he he he he he he he he...

Alaby~
I have escaped.
I run through the woods, hair whipping behind me. It will only be so long before I'm caught, killed, but I can escape-
I crash into someone. She yells and whirls, weapon raised. A tiger nearby growls.
I raise my hands in surrender. "Sorry," I huff.
Then I collapse.

I'm assuming the girl was Aiyana?
~Aiyana
The next day, I ride Fire to the edge of the forest again, to see if the silver dust is still there. It isn't. It seems like it dissapeared. Strange. I peer past the trees to see the village. What's in there? I take a step, then hear twigs snapping, branches breaking? What was happenning? I take out my knife that Father carved for me, in case of danger from beyond the forest.
Suddenly, a girl crashes into me. I cry out in surprise, and Fire growls, looking at the girl warily.
"Sorry!" She huffs, then collapses to the ground.
I stare at her, then hear more cracking branches in the distance. I get onto Fire and prepare to take off, but I realize that I can't just leave the girl here, even if she is a stranger. I stare at her. Her hair is lighter than any of my tribe, and there is a white streak in it. And her eyes! They were a foamy green, with white specks in them. Is that what all of the pale skinned people look like? I hesitate, then drag her onto Fire. Fire takes off, running back toward my tribe.
When he reaches the tribe, the girl's eyelids flicker open for a moment, then she falls unconcious again. She needs a healer. But Father will not be pleased that I took her here. I think for a moment, then drag her into my home, where Father won't see her. I live in my home with Mother, and Father lives with the other leaders. I'll have to wait for her to recover more to show him.
I leave her on my bed and go outside again, pushing the deerskin I use as my door aside. I take the wooden bowl to the river, where I fill it with water to take home to the girl. I'm curious about her. What was she doing here? And who were the people chasing her?
I'll have to ask her. I take the water home, and see that she is already awake. She looks at me then shrinks back, apparently scared, "What are you doing?" She asks.
"I'm not going to hurt you." I set the water beside her and move back, sitting on the dirt ground, examining her. These people are very strange. Her eyes... I've never seen anything like them before!
She hesitates, then takes a small sip. Apparently, she realized how thirsty she was, because she drinks the whole thing in no time. Then she asks, "Where am I? Is this... a... tribe?" Her eyes go wide.
I don't know how much to tell her, but I think I can trust her, "Yes. Can you tell me... about the village and what's in it?"
She stays silent for a while, then tells me everything. The king, the stolen children, the silver dust, suddenly everything makes sense, "A child army?" I ask when she's done, "To... destroy us?" My voice rises with anger. Why would they want to do that? What had we ever done to them?!

Robin~
I walked down the stairs, clutching the railing and breathing heavily. Today's session was the worst I had ever had. I felt the lumps on top if my head and winced. My shiner hurt as well. The sky was dark, and the moon shone brightly. I headed towards the window in the hall. I sat on the sil and sighed deeply. The moon gave me serious comfort. I watched as two figures dragged an uncouncious girl towards the entrance. I shook my head sadly.
There was no escaping this place.

@Alexandra, what weapons do the Stolen use? Swords? Arrows? Staffs? I'm just gonna go with swords in this part and if you tell me to change it, I will.
Hazelle~
I slash my sword into the training dummy, ripping it open, letting the straw flow out and onto the floor. I whirl and stab another dummy, slice open a third, then spin to attack another, but the straw collected on the floor makes my feet slip and I slam to the ground, cursing. My sword skitters away.
"Get up," says the training master in his cold, nearly toneless voice. I start to push myself up on my palms, but not fast enough. I hear the hiss of the whip, then the crack as it hits me, firey pain burning my back. I bite my lips to keep from crying out and get to my feet. The training master faces me with narrowed eyes, critisizing, "Sloppy. Weak. Slow." He seems to force each word out of clenched teeth and throw it at me. "Get your sword and begin again." I nod tightly, pick up my sword, and face the dummies. He shouts, "Begin!" and I obey. I am lost in a forest of stuffed people, hacking and sliceing, straw pooling around my feet. Sweat gets in my eyes, stinging, but I blink it away. If I stop even for a moment, that whip will come, stinging more than sweat. Finally, I am finished. But master doesn't even acknowledge me, just stalks away, leaving me to clean up.
I walk into the mealroom, sit at my place, and start on the food already put out for me, ignoring everyone around me. Meals are nearly silent affairs. The only sound is the scraping of metal on plates and sometimes the quiet crying or talking of the newly stolen, missing their old lives. Some new ones try to make friends, but they will learn soon. There are no friends here.

Wren~
I am geting ready to go hunting with Sasha to clear my head. The meaning of the silver dust from yesterday has always confused and disturbed me, and I haen't been able to stop puzzling over it. I am a girl that likes to figure things out. Suddenly, Ayiana comes out from the cover of the trees riding atop her tiger, Fire. I crouch down, unsure whether I should approach her, as I notice that their is a strange, pale skinned girl lying unconscious with her. I watch as they enter the house in which my friend lives with her mother. I shift my position into a hunter's crouch and keep my steps light as I creep alongside the house until I hear the voice of Aiyana, and a new, unfamiliar one. I know that this is distrustful of me, but I am curious to know what is going on. I listen carefully to the strange girl's voice as I take in her story. "... The king is building a child army to destroy your tribe, and any others of your kind. I don't want any part in that, so I ran."
I am unable to supress a gasp. I know that Aiyana has likely heard it, but she doesn't interrupt thepale-skinned girl's story. When the girl has finished, I stand and walk around the house and step inside. I follow their voices until I find the room in which they are. Lightly, I knock, then let myself in. I cast an apologetic look towards my friend, and attempt to convey with my eyes my reason for spying- curiosity. Then I look at the pale-skin. I try, and likely fail to appear kind, and welcoming, when I really feel wary and distrustful. But the girl clearly did not escape without a struggle, so it can't be a ploy from the pale-skin village. I see fear in the girl's eyes so I try to ease it by saying, "Hello. I am Wren That Flies in Early Morning. Better known as simply Wren. Who are you?" I close off with a small smile. Just then, Sasha lands on the window sill, looking perplexed. Oh, I'd completely forgotten about hunting. I think as I cross the room to open the window and let her inside. Sasha trills, sounding chastising and slightly disappointed and lightly bite my ear. I silently promise a hunting trip later. To Ayiana I say, "Where did you find this girl?" and I can almost feel the way my eyes light up with pure, childish curiosity.
