Civil War RP
I’ve noticed that there are no historical fiction RP’s going on right now, so I’ve decided to make one.
You can either be a solider, nurse, slave, spy, or a drummer. The RP will start before the war starts and continue into and possibly to the end of the war. If you would like to join please fill out the form below. Two characters is the limit per person.

Name: Lydia Trumbel
Age: 15
Job/position: Nurse for the Union
Personality: Very hard working, she loves any books she can get a hold of, she is a bit temperamental at times ( she kinda has a Hermione type personality), she is very smart. She had a future as a teacher, she was planing to be one, but then the war came on and she decided to help the wounded instead.
Appearance: Very long legs which make her a fast runner, dirty-blonde hair always hanging loosely at her shoulders, deep green eyes that almost reflect like water, she wears teh typical nurse uniform, she has a dusting of freckles on her face.
Background: She comes from South Carolina. Her Dad is a doctor, her Mom died giving birth to her brother Elijah, and her older brother August is fighting in the war for the Union. She comes from a middle class family.

Just a quick question: if Lydia came from South Carolina, a confederate state, then why is she a nurse for the union?

Name: Lucy Anderson
Age: 13
Personality: Spunky, independent. Can be mean, but only to defend herself and others from physical or emtional harm.
Appearance: Strawberry blonde hair down to her waist, big ocean-green eyes, average height.
Background: raised in the South by a rich family, she's seen the treatment of slaves on their plantation. So she makes a daring plan to let them all escape, with her leading the way. After they reach the North, she disappears for awhile then is adopted by a humble family.

Name: Annika “Annie” Turlough
Age: 21
Job/Position: Nurse for the Union
Personality: She's seen a lot more than many of the other nurses working and was more prepared when she came to work as a nurse. She has a sense of humor that she carefully preserves and incorporates it into her bedside manner. She doesn't approve of slavery but sympathises with the confederates because she feels some are fighting for their home. She says that she’s not being patriotic she’s just trying to save lives. She tries to make friends with everyone she meets because she knows that she might not have the chance later.
Appearance: She has blonde hair with red highlights that is always out of the way except for one strand thats always falling in her eyes. She is very tall and has has very pale skin that sunburns easily. She has a rather large nose and greyish green eyes. She always wears an orange ribbon in her hair.
Background: Her father is dutch and her mother is a nurse from South Carolina. Her mother moved with her father to New York when they got married. She has one brothers and two sisters. Her brother is crippled from a farming accident and couldn’t go to war. She has two sisters who are at home, an older sister who helps take after her brother and her youngest sister who is nine. Her brother is nineteen and she a sister who died when she was eleven. She had to help her mother when her brother had his accident and was worked helping people who were hurt or ill ever since.
