Okay, I try not to have two Rps at once, but this is a great idea...I think. So...please join!!
There are only 5 wizards left. The others were hunted down and killed in the year of nanyay. (No magic) They need to find Marits, magic-bearers who can become wizards. They usually don't know of their powers and there are only three left. The wizards have no idea who they are, the only clues they have are;(Interperet as you will)
A diamond tiara.
Dried wheat.
And an emerald.
So the wizards set out to find these people and make them their apprentices. And soon. For something, they know not what, is coming. The only thing they know is dragons. Dragons never are good.

Merit or Wizard: Merit
Clue(merits only!!!): Emerald
Appearance: Strange, light Emerald eyes that seem to glow. She has red-blonde hair that tumbles down her back and the bottom kind of curls. She has freckles dotting her cheek and nose. She often smiles and she is kinda tall. She has an Emerald amulet around her neck. She hides it under her shirt. It holds a magic supply tha she is unaware of and that a wizard, when in close proximity. Could sence.
Personality: She is kind of like a bird. Free and happy. When she walks she seems to have a slight bounce. She is always shy at first, but after a while is cracking out jokes left and right.
Other/backstory: She has the Emerald clue because she always wears a strange emerald Jen around her neck. After she was born a the necklace strangely was found on her. When her parents took it away she cried until they gave it back.

Age: 18, she thinks.

Clue: Dried wheat
Appearance: Blond hair that she usually keeps in one braid down her back. Sky blue eyes. She usually wears a dresswith an apron, both tan, and her skin is usually really tanned. She likes to wear a ringlet on her head that she's had since who-knows-when.
Personality: Quiet but kind of wild. Always ready for a fight, but doesn't usually encourage one. Someone who would ignore the war but save a life from each side. That kind of person.
Other/Backstory: She's an orphan, living in the woods. She knows about civilization and isn't an idiot, but she prefers to keep to herself. She's had her ringlet (OF DRIED WHEAT) since she can remember and wouldn't give it up for anything.

Age: 46 (He's kind of young, I guess)
Merit or Wizard: Wizard
Appearance: Messy, short blonde hair with a short mustache. Hazel eyes and a kind face. Normal build, and usually wears brown, old-fashioned clothes.
Personality: Fair and knowledgeable. Can be sweet, but is strict if he catches you goofing off. Usually doesn't have time for fun and always focuses on the task at hand.
Other/backstory: His parents were killed during nanyay, so he was left to the streets. He disciplined himself, and eventually was found by the wizards, who taught him the social skills that he drastically needed. He is one of the most powerful, but leaves the merit befriending to the other four.

Age: No one knows, is said to be immortal.
Merit or wizard: Neither
Appearance: Takes one of four forms: a silver cat, a toddler with pure black eyes, a hooded, tall person, or a smoky, figureless shadow.
Personality: Charismatic, evil. He's the kind of man who would air on television because he's so charming. Incredibly cunning.
Other: Has a cult called the Shadric Borns, you can tell them by their pure black eyes. The symbol of The Nameless One is a silver cat with a fanged grin.
A short story piece-
Sally ran out of the market square, stumblig after her ball. "Where'd ye go?" she asked no one in particular, "I thought it wa' righ' here!"
"Is this yours?"
Sally turned around and saw a little boy, head downcast, dribbling her ball.
"Er, ya! Thank ye'!"
"Do you want to play a game?" the little boy asked,never breaking time as he dribbled the ball.
"Okay!" said Sally, taking the little boy's hand.
As she walked, she realized she was forgetting something. It didn't seem that troubling, but she asked the boy anyway. "Hey, lad," she ased, "what's my name?"
"That doesn't matter now," the boy said in a melodic, deep man's voice.
"Okay."
Something was troubling her, but what?
A voice rang through her head:
"That doesn't matter now. Can you find some things for me?"
"Okay."
"An emerald, some dry wheat, and diamond tiara."
"Okay."
"And the people who have them."
"Yes, sir."
"And one last thing... what's your name?"
"That doesn't matter now."
"Good, good, child. Follow me."
Sally was last seen following a silver cat into the forest.

Appearance: Tall; long blonde hair; always wears the same lavender t-shirt and blue jeans. She doesn't know how it happens, but they are always clean when she wakes up. She thinks it is some fairy. People think she is very beautiful.
Personality: She believes in magic, but doesn't know that she has any. She is athletic and shy. Kate is very brave and loves nature.
Other: She was raised by the villagers, but ran away to live in the wild when she was ten. Her parents were kidnapped when she was 1. She doesn't remember them.
