Oh, and Blueshine's mate is DarkRing. He has a black ring around his eyes and a gray body. She only has one kit (CloverKit).

I'm also gonna change Blueshine's appearance. She has gray-blue fur and dark blue eyes.

BlueShine~

I come back to the nursery, my gray-blue tail swishing around. I then notice CliffKit and Skykit making their way to the apprentices den.

"Kits! You are supposed to be in the nursery!" I meow, leading them with my tail toward the nursery.

"Bu-" Cliffkit starts.

"No buts! Now in you go!" I push them in with my paw.

"Blueshine! Protect the kits! Foxes are here!" my mate, DarkRing calls out. I nod my head, hearing a fox screech out myself.

Cloverkit~

I watch my mother guard, her tail curling around her body. My nervousness is killin' me. The foxes are calling at each other, and yowls of our cats echo.

Skykit~

I race into the nursery, skidding straight into my mother's fur. Foxes! I burrowed my nose into my mother's fur, savoring her scent.

"Foxes!" Cliffkit said with vigor. He turned to me, eyes gleaming. "Isn't that exciting?"

"No!" I said. "So many cats will be injured."

"I'm going out," Cliffkit pronounced. "I'm going to fight a fox, and I'm going to be the first kit to fight a fox and be made an apprentice early."

I started to protest, but then Lightningtail stirred. "Foxes?" she said, instantly alert.

The words came out in a rush. "We heard DarkRing tell BlueShine."

Lightningtail sprang up, as if she were going to go out and kill every one of those foxes herself, and then glanced at all of us and settled back down reluctantly. "And how did you hear this?" she said.

"They were speaking just outside the nursery," said Cliffkit, eyes wide with innocence.

"Indeed," said Lightningtail.

OK, I'm a bit discombobulated about what's going on in the story, but here it goes. Let's beat one-thousand!!!

Name: Oakenclaw

Age: young. Equivalent of a preteen in human years.

Type: Amateur warrior

Appearance: Fairly small, not kit sized, but small, black coat with a deep brown chest and paws.

Personality: Bright, funny, though has a quick temper.

Hi Will!

So far there is a going fox attack, and there is a makeshift camp. I'm sure I missed a bunch, but that's about it.

Skykit~

"Well, don't do that again," Lightningtail sighed. She ushered us closer to her with her tail, but Cliffkit bounced away. "I'm not tired!" he protested.

Lightningtail purred. "Alright, then how about you two go fetch me some fresh-kill."

I ran across to the fresh-kill pile racing Cliffkit, when I tripped over a rock. "Ow! Cliffkit, stop!" I said, but Cliffkit already there. "You're as slow as an elder," he teased.

"That isn't true!" I protested. Cliffkit picked a vole out of the pile and dragged it towards Lightningtail. I followed close behind.

We entered the nursery and Cliffkit dropped it in front of her. "I got it first!" he boasted.

"Only because I tripped!" I said.

"You're both fast, and you'll both make incredible warriors," said Lightningtail.

But I don't want to be a warrior, I thought. Lightningtail beckoned us with her tail to come eat. Cliffkit dove in, but I shook my head. "I'm not hungry," I said.

"Are you sure?" She sounded concerned.

"I'm sure," I really wasn't hungry, and I wanted to see the medicine cat den. I slowly backed out of the nursery, and then slunk over to the medicine den. LeafFeather and Riversong were still there, putting a poultice on a scratch of a warrior. Oakenclaw, was it? I watched them with fascination. I wanted to step out of my bush so bad.

"There, that  should do it," LeafFeather said, patting the poultice one last time.

"As long as you don't go too close to the thornbush," said Riversong irritably.

"Riversong," LeafFeather chided softly. ]

"I'm just saying that new warriors are mouse-brained," said Riversong. -

I hope I used everybody's character correctly, but if I didn't please tell me!

Oakenclaw heard the foxes before he saw them. They came crashing through the trees, yipping and yapping. There were about five. One of them went for Oakenclaw! It tried to bite him in the throat, but he dodged to the side and pounced on him, sinking his teeth into the creature's neck. It howled, thrashing around violently. Just then, another cat pounced onto the fox Oakenclaw was fighting and together, they managed to drag the monster to the ground. Then the fox broke free and charged back into the woods.

"Thanks! I was almost a goner until you stepped in. What's your name?"

"Blackring. You're Oakenclaw right?"

"Sure am."

Just then they heard a terrible screech. The two whirled around and saw a fox going into the elder's den!
