This is my first thread and I decided to do a Hunger Games RP. You can post a character, but be sure to include their age (12-18), name, district, skills, family and personality. This thread may later become a game not unlike Ruby M's sugarbowl. (Thanks Ruby

As promised, here is a character to join this game.
Name: Zephyr Torguy (sounds like "tour guide" now that I think about it)
Age: 17
District: 9
Skills: None whatsoever. He can probably cut grain and do grainy stuff. Really, what kinds of skills are needed to grow grain?
Family: Has 2 older brothers, Caspar (26) and Felix (23). His father is a doctor and his mother died several years before from pneumonia. Caspar is married to Julia Kuly Torguy (Kuly was her maiden name, she's not a relative). He's loud and strong and likes working to support the future chuldren he hopes to have someday. Felix still lives with his father and younger brother. He's quite sharp and a bit mean.
Personality: Lazy, lazy, lazy. Did I mention lazy? He doesn't like working and would rather lie around all day. He's almost out of the age range when he's picked. He would rather die than stick around in the Hunger Games.

District: 4 (water is like my favorite thing so I tend to gravitate towards district 4)
Skills: swimming, obvi; spearing stuff
Family: is all dead except for Gramma Mags (can Mags please be my grandma? She's one of my faves!)
Personality: confident but also really caring

Okay! I'll do a character I used for a previous Hunger Games RP that never started....
Name: Chip Rodgers
Age: 13
District: 5. The Pizza District
Also: Because his parents were killed in a fire, he lives with his unlce, who runs a pizza shop. His number of shares incressed because of all the supplies they needed for a year's worth of pizza.
Skills: Eatting pizza. And climbing things. He's incredibly good at climbing things.

Name: Charlie Hayes.
Age: 16
District: District 1.
Skills: As a career, Charlie is already skilled with weapons, especially knives. He is also a strong, fast runner.
Family: Charlie's mother was killed by the flu. His father works long shifts in the factories and tends to ignore him. He has two twin sisters, both 10, who adore him. Charlie loves for them, but they can be annoying sometimes.
Personality: Charlie is quiet, but very funny. He loves to read.
Spammy says uint. Unite? As soon as we get a few more characters, we will begin POVs.

@Melody- I hope you don't mind that my charrie is also from District 4. I also love water. :)
Name: Jal Verri
Age: 17
District: 4
Appearance: tall, short blond hair, large hands, tends to wear gray, striking sea-green-sky-blue eyes. It is hard to figure out if he is smiling or not but he usually has sort of an amused expression on his face.
Personality: Tough but tends to keep to himself.
Family: A younger sister (Avi) who is eleven. She is the only one who he actually is open with. After Jal's mother died at Avi's birth, Jal's father sank into a depression and stopped working in their little fishing business where they sell various fishing things (tridents, bait...). So Jal runs the fishing business and takes care of his sister and father.
Talents: Tridents, spears, knots - anything that has to do with fishing.

So peeps... when should we start? We currently have four characters and I think should definitely wait for more. Btw, are you all prepared to commit to this thread? I have seen many HG threads that died after the reaping. I don't want this thread to come to that. On a side note, District five is the electricity district, not the pizza district. So what do you think? Please give opinions. (*_*)
