So this is Part 2 of our "I was thinking..." thread (http://www.cricketmagkids.com/chatterbox/inkwell/node/108646) . True and I have been keeping it up for an entire year (yes, we litterally made the final post exactly one year later!). We've loved doing, and have decided to make a Part 2! This is for new people who want to join!
The idea is that you make a character that is related to someone famous in history, but that person can't be an actor, actress, singer, etc. For example, here's my character:
Dehlia Ludington.
Related to a heroine of the American Revolution: Sybil Ludington.
Lives in Fredericksburg NY, 1777
Suddenly transported to the 21st century.
Age: 14
Short length blonde hair, blue-gray eyes, exactly 5 feet, rather pale.
Personality: Quiet most of the time, yet speaks out passionately when its something she cares about, strong, dependable, loving.
And here's True's (I hope you don't mind my putting you character as an example):
Name: Doralynn Barton
Age: 12
Related to: Clara Barton
Lives: Maryland, at her Aunt Clara's house
Appearence: Curly Black hair, light skin. Is short. About 5'
Personality: Is kind to all animals. Is a nurse to animals. A tomboy.
The story line so far is that we just saved the world in the future thanks to "time tears". They're a liquid substance that allows time traveling. Well, we've all returned to our respective times. But we discovered the original way we showed up was we each had a time-tear-infused object. For Dehlia, it was a book. For Dora, it was a handkerchief. The characters still have these items, and we were thinking of starting another adventure! So this is open for anyone else to join!

Okay I'm FINALLY getting to this.
Dehlia ~
"I think I know how to find out where they are," Diana said.
"Where?" I demanded. Panic and fear was spreading through me, and I was anxious to locate them.
"Hold onto me," Diana said, offering her hands. We each took hold of each other's hands. I hesitated, then took Diana's hand.
The world once again vanished around us, and we were transported through time.
"Where are we? And how did you make us travel on demand?" I asked in rapid succession.
"First, we're in a home on Cobberton Drive," Diana said, glancing around.
"So I was right!" Rose cut in emphatically.
"Partly," Diana said. "You were correct that we needed to come to this street. Fourteen were the last two digits of the year. We're currently in 1714. Also, London was not a place. We're still in America. London is a person. A person we need to find."
"You still haven't answered my second question," I pointed out.
"I didn't exactly travel on will," Diana said. "It was more like the time stream helped me figure out the answer, and when I was ready, drew us in."
"Well where are Dora and those other girls?" Meredith asked.
"Somewhere around here, I think," Diana said, glancing around. That was when I took real notice of our surroundings.
We were in a humble home, far humbler than mine. It was a simple cabin, and we appeared to be standing in the main entry hall. A door stood shut behind us, and a stairwell led upwards to our left. Down the hall was another door where light shown through the crack beneath. From there, I could hear voices.

i am gonna try to do what I can, but it is not gonna be easy, cause jesse is almost dead.

I woke up, feeling sick. I moaned as the banage covering her wound pained my body. I heard voices. "I think she will survive. The knife didn't go far." Said a manly voice. A girl squeaked. "Oh, How horribly it must fe-" She problay saw me awake, cause they were all staring at me. I whispered a quiet, "How bad is it?" Another girl said. "Um... Kinda... bad... Er.. I am Dora. Hi?" I laughed. "Don't make a big fuss about me. I'm fine. Name's Jesse. Think you know that already. And you are Heun," pointing at Another girl. "But who is this man?" The man mumbled a few words, and then said, "I am Professer Quizzely, and I am studing Time travel." I couldn't stop myself, but I laughed. "Sorry, but that is the weirdest name in the history of names!" I started choking. "Sorry," I croaked, and settled down on the bed. Suddenly the door flung open, and Professer screamed a rather girlish scream. I don't know what his problem was, but it was just a few girls. All of them started yelling and hugging, saying stuff like, "I thought we would die!" or "We are finally out of that prison!" And even, "We are at peace!". I sighed and screamed, "Would someone explain me EVERYTHING?"

Wait, whaaat? I'm sorry, Danielle, but that was confusing to me. Where (and when) is Jesse, how did she get there from the prairie, and who just ran in and made the Professor scream?

The other girls. They were in that village thing, remember? I made the prairie right next to the village, and I suppose someone carried me to that professor guy.
