So.  Come on,

Chatterbox: Inkwell

So.  Come on,

So.  Come on, admit it.  We've all had writer's block.  Don't you wish that some fairy godmother would come and give you the perfect idea?  Well that's what this thread is for!  When you have an idea you don't want to use for your writing, or don't mind having it altered or used by someone else, you post it here.  If you have writer's block, you can use one of the ideas to give you a boost on your writing.

Tip: Shout "I have Writer's Block!" at the top of your lungs.

Now that sounded really cheesy.  YERSS!  Without You from My Fair Lady just came on Pandora.  I think it's my new favorite song.

Create playlists for your story. For the entire story, for each character, for pairs or groups of characters, for a certain scene, a certain place, as much as you need. Then listen to that as you write. You can also create Pandora Radio Stations instead of serching for exact songs. I do both.

To create your characters, it helps to visualize them first and think about things you wouldn't normally, like their favorite colors and little things about their appearance. I recommend RPG Heroine Maker.

Do a little world building! If you have a made-up world, this is always an important part in making your story believable. I have one thing I like to focus on for each of the cultures of my stories. For example, in one of my stories my cultural focus is food. It is influenced by Latin, Oriental and Indian foods. Remember that it's your world; sometimes I do hours of research, sometimes I build right from scratch, you can do whatever you want!

Spammy says "rpey" seriously: Image CAPTCHAthat's great spammy! RPing or RRing and getting out of  your story for a while helps creative juices flow. Also, you don't have a ton of control. If someone throws a plot curve at you, you can't edit it out, you have to go with it. It really helps you become a better writer. Also Character Chats, where you and other throw put your OC's in a situation together and they have to interact. It helps you get to know your character!

Guess I can't even direct to other websites huh? Sorry Admins! I thought it used to be that you just couldn't use any links unless they led to somewhere else on this website. Anyway, for the second one, it helps to create characters with (online) "doll makers."

I'm sorry but we just don't have time to check out most other websites that people mention. The content of other sites is beyond our control. We may be able to expand references in the future. Stay tuned. . . .

No problem, that makes total sense anyway. Thanks!

So I just thought of a new topic but I don't want to write about it because I am working on three other stories right now. So here is the topic: Someone is given an enchanted book and he turns into the world's most feared and evilest person. Three kids will have to stop him before he turns everyone into slaves and takes over the world.

Okay this might not be the best topic ever but I sort of got the topic from Harry Potter.
