Thank you, Leaf!!! I've had an awesome birthday so far!! And GUESS WHAT!!?? I got my driver's learner's permit (or temps, as I've heard it called in some places) just 2 hours ago!!! I passed the test!! And I got to drive from there to Starbucks to celebrate!! (sorry about all the exclamation points, I'm just very excited) Oh, I'm in the middle of making my incredibly wonderful cake. I saw it in a magazine, and it looks just like a plate of spaghetti and meatballs. Mine is turning out just like the picture! I made perfect meatballs (a.k.a balls of chocolate cake) and the spaghetti (a.k.a. yellow squiggly icing) is looking very noodle like. My mom is just now spooning on the tomato sauce (a.k.a strawberry jam). Cannot wait to open presents later!

@MJ: You're welcome. :) It sounds like you've had a fantastic birthday so far!! Wow! Getting your learner's permit on your birthday!!! How perfect! :D And that cake sound pretty amazing. If you have time, you should post a picture of it on the CB, because I know we'd all love to see you masterpiece. xD Hope you get really great presents!!

Wow, I am green with envy! That is too awesome. Have fun behind the wheel! ;) OK, that cake is...how do I describe it? Amazing? Fantastic? I'll stick with amazingly fantastic. It looks so professional and so delicous! Really great job, you're super talented. :) So, what are some of your favorite gifts that you recieved?

*jealousy* That's so awesome that you got your permit! I'm *almost* 15... in two months. The jealousy comes from the fact that I don't know if I'll get my permit immediately. You have to take drivers ed within ten or so days right? I'm so happy you had an awesome day! Congratulations!!!

I'm praying this works!! It's a picture of my birthday cake. For some reason, the meatballs turned out black in the pic, but they're actually dark brown. Enjoy!!

My dad is Hispanic, so he said when I turn 15 I'm gonna get a 15th birthday celebration, I don't know how to spell it, maybe you know its a Quensa????

@ Admin--I made it myself. My mom spread the white icing on, but other than that, I did all the decorations plus baked the cake. Didn't it turn out great??!!
@ R~D--here in GA, you can get your learners the day of, and then you have to drive for at least 40 something hours before you can get your drivers license a year later and take some sort of week-long drivers ed class. Sorry, I can't see your second comment yet, so I can't respond to it yet.
