Hey everybuggy!!!!! I
Chatterbox: Down to Earth
Hey everybuggy!!!!! I&#
Hey everybuggy!!!!! I'm so so sorry I've been such a slacker this summer. I've found myself to be so much busier this year, and I know that's not fair, since a lot of you do a lot more stuff than I do, but for me, it's been taking all my energy.
Anyway! I came on to ask forgiveness, and say: I SIGNED UP FOR NANOWRIMO!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so so so so SOOOO excited!!!!!!!!!
Ten points to anyone who finds me and becomes a NaNo friend/buddy/whatever you call it!!! :D
So anyway, a brief update:
So, as you all might remember, I was in Fiddler on the Roof Jr, which was amazing, but extremely stressful, and I actually had to go home one day because of an emotional meltdown.... But I got over it, even though I lost five pounds that month, and I finished, and the play was beautiful!!!!!
Then my singing teacher starred in Annie as Grace, and for almost three months, I have not had singing, until yesterday!!! YAY!!!!! Now I'm back to my normal life!!!! Finally!!!!!!
Then in September, I signed up for the Windsor/Healdsburg Community Choir!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! And so once a week we all get together and sing our hearts out. :D
And then the worst happened. I started reading the Chrestomanci books. dun dun duuunnnnn! Yup, when you read DWJ, there is NO WAY you're going on an online forum. Sorry, s'true. It takes too much time!!!!! You gotta get back to the stories!!!!!!!
So, as you can see, I've been busy.
Life is now getting back to normal, and I think I might be able to remind myself to come on here once in a while. I'm so sorry!!!!
(Z.A.R. says kvap, which sounds familiar.... like a Yiddish word I heard somewhere.....)
Hi, Laura. We're happy to hear from you again. I think Fiddler on the Roof is my favorite musical of all time. It has so many wonderful songs, and both funny and very sad parts.
Admin, the one who's been to Santa Rosa

Hello there, Laura, my dear. How are you? I've been posting more lately. :) I'm gonna try to do NaNo this year too! Or maybe not. I don't know. I don't think I can handle it... I'm not good when I'm under pressure. Haha. :)
(October 9, 2010 - 6:20 pm)
Ooh, me neither, which is why this is my first year signing up. Then I realized, the only pressure is from myself, so I think I'll be ok. I can always tell myself to shut up if I'm making myself crazy. heehee
I'm splendiferous! How are you dearest Paige??
(October 13, 2010 - 10:18 pm)
Hi Laura! Glad you had a good time doing Fiddler! I'll search you up on NaNo tomorrow, as I have to go to bed right now. ;-)
(October 10, 2010 - 9:29 pm)
Okey-dokey!!! I look forward to seeing you there!! Sweet dreams, even though this is a few days later.....

Charmed life was so good!!!! I've read that, The Lives of Christopher Chant, and The Magicians of Caprona!!!! Yay!!! They're so good!!!! I'm reading Witch Week next, though I've been stalling a bit cause my brother said it's a little creepier than the others. He's read them all so many times.... :) He's actually reading Conrad's Fate right now!!! :D
Yes. Life is good. I've been thoroughly enjoying it. :D
Did you know she just wrote a new book this year???? I haven't read it yet, but I've got it from the library!! It's called Enchanted Glass, and my brother says it's really good, as usual. :D

I think I will too-I feel like writing a book, and I'd love to see what my CB buggies are writing! :) Wow, it sounds like Fiddler on the Roof was really stressful! I'm glad that everything ended well though. :) It's cool that you're in choir now! I love singing, that must be fun. :) I'm so glad you're back! *hugs*
(October 11, 2010 - 12:11 pm)

YES! DO IT!!!!!!!!!! Writing and singing are my two main passions, among other things like painting and stuffs. :)
Yes. Very stressful, but totally worth it. :)
*hugs hugs hugs*
FIND ME IN SANTA ROSA. That's an order. :)
(Z.A.R. says: noow. Which could either mean she thinks she's a cow, but got her consonants mixed up, or she's putting emphasis on that last statement. :) )
(October 13, 2010 - 10:29 pm)
Yayayay, I'm glad you're going to stick. ;)

(October 14, 2010 - 11:13 pm)
Ooh! Fiddler on The Roof! I love being in plays! I was recently in Alice in Wonderland, and I loved it! I got to sing, and I had a lot of lines! Before, I was going to be a flower, but then they asked if I would rather be a flower or a card, and I said card, because they said that I would be moving around a lot more, and then a few of the cards dropped out, and so I took up some of their lines, plus some singing! "Just tea for two and two for tea / Just me for you and you for me" I had to sing it loud so people could hear me so I was a little off tune, but I don't care, because the person I was singing with was loud, and I think he covered up my off tune-ness. :D And the paint the roses red song! I was the only girl card, because one girl card dropped out (or got kicked out, she wasn't coming to enough rehearsals) and the other got moved up to another charrie, and so they gave their lines to the remaining cards, mostly me though... I had to run through backstage to get to where I was supposed to go. Run. And I had to run through outside, too. It was so fun, but also very dramatic. People didn't have all of their lines memorized three days before the show, and people were giving dramtic speeches...
Haha, rambling! I'll stop now... :)
(October 12, 2010 - 2:40 pm)
Heehee, I like your rambling!!! I had to run backstage once per show as well!!!! Scary, huh?
That is so cool!!!!!! I didn't know that Tea For Two song was in Alice, I thought it was only in that one Doris Day movie by the same name!!!!!! That's cool!!! I like that song. :)
It sounds like you had a lot of fun too!!!!! I'm so happy! It's so much fun to act. I loved it. :D
(October 13, 2010 - 10:33 pm)
It is scary! And in the beginning of the show, we had to go through the backdoor and then through the lobby to make an intrance from the audience! It was so fun! The first show we went through there early, and people were still coming in and they laughed at us. I think they thought we were huge fans of Alice in Wonderland or something, and not in the show. Hehe... :) And then, at the end, we also had to run around again, and we had less than a minute, and so we had to run. Fast.
The Tea for Two is in the script for that particular play, I don't think its in the book. Actually, I'm pretty sure that its only in the play, because I have read the book multiple times. :) And the obsession with tea, and the two cards singing it together fits in to Alice in Wonderland. :D
I love to act! And sing! And dance! And play music! And write plays! And paint sets! And watch plays/musicals! Anything to do with them! :D My favourite part about it is acting, being on stage! After you've been in a play, it feels weird watchingother plays. And I was in Seussical before, then I went to see Seussical at a different theater, and I sang along with them! :D
(October 14, 2010 - 2:00 pm)
You sound like you have so much fun!!!!! Haha, yah, mine was nothing like that, but I had to make sure I ran without my feet showing under the curtain at the back of the stage, and that I was silent, and that I didn't trip over the scenery that was sticking out. :D But yours sounds much more interesting.
You know, I don't actually really know what Seussical is? I've heard a lot about it, in fact, my cousin Tess played JoJo once, but I don't know the plot. I'm going to look it up on Wiki.... Anyway, cool for you!!! Sound fun!! :D
(October 15, 2010 - 10:50 pm)
LAURA! You're back!! YAY!
I'm very glad you've returned! (And glad I could finally post this comment; for some reason, this thread wouldn't load properly.)
Those plays sound like they were really enjoyable! I love acting, too, even if I've not had many opportunities. But now I'm going to be in one soon! Yay! It's called If I Never Saw Another Butterfly...
But I'm really glad you're back!
