I don't know about you lizards, but I love my AEs and am really bad at commitment. So I don't really sign up for parties a lot. I still want to write with them, though! Hence this thread.
Here we can write about whatever they're doing when they aren't at parties, weather that be hanging out with their siblings, being their antisocial selves, going on dates (CB appropriate, ofc), or having adventures that have actual plots.
After this shows up, I'll post a link to the original thread by Viola? and an example of how this works :]]

yes, they're adorable :) i'm glad you liked seeing more of his backstory!
also *ahem* do you think they should confess they like each other?? i feel like this would be a good moment, since they're already getting to know each other so deeply, but if you'd rather leave it for another time, I don't mind. Your choice! :)

Rigel, that new AE—
She’s pretty nice.
She recently taught me
How to write poetry
After I offered to teach
Her how to play
Her favorite song,
Castle in the Sky.
She had gladly accepted
And in turn
Taught me how
To string letters
Into beautiful words,
And words
Into meaningful lines,
Of hopes and dreams
That I daren’t say out loud.
After all,
(And it seems she knows)
I am always too shy
To speak up
In a conversation.
Maybe through poetry
I’ll be able to
Speak up more,
Make the friends
That I’ve always wanted,
And that I envy
From everyone else.
And it seems that
Poetry is really
Just music, but
Through words.
In the same way
You draw a crescendo
You build up that climax
To your last word,
Then drop it like a mic
And fade it to pianissimo.~

/I'm on my way to meet Tigerlily, and I'm really excited! I made her a bracelet and we're going to walk around town. Maybe we can go get milkshakes. I hope she likes milkshakes. But if she doesn't we can just get cookies.\
/We said we'd meet in the middle of town at the fountain, so when I get there I sit on a bench and look around, bouncing excitedly.\

(I have abosolutely no idea how to write someone speaking in a western accent...sooo...idk. But, Tigerlily does have a western accent)
I quickly packed up my bag, hugging Rin with one are on my way out "Don't make stupid choices while I'm gone, and do not pull out anymore flowers from the garden." RIn nodded, smiling and running away. "Well, I should be leaving now" 'I made plans with Chai to walk around town, and I'm really happy to see her again. She's really sweet, and kind, and she has such pretty eyes! Oops, I'm rambling....but I'm thinking...so it's fine.' I quickly made my way to the town square, by the fountain. Looking around, I spot Chai sitting on one of the benches. "H-Hey! Chai! It's great to see you again." I said, slightly too loud, trotting over to her and sitting down.

^Lately, I'd been thinking of Justin so much. Our last date was ages ago, or it feels like that, and I missed him. The way he lighted up my day. The way we seemed to click. Finally I called him; after all, at some point one of us had to make a move.^
