Here's the thread you suggested! So nice that you like to make up languages and worlds too! I've invented a lot of countries, but only one language - it's supposed to be spoken by an imaginary tribe of Native Americans...
I've heard of Tolkien's languages - I think it's so amazing that he actually finished making them up. I'm still not done with mine! I wonder what it would be like to learn Elvish.

Aww, Miriam, your work is not a waste of time, really! Do you wanna discuss this on another thread? I think it's a cool story idea, so we could definitely still plan to go ahead, even if not for a contest. Heck, we could even start our own thread if we wanted!

Hi Miriam H! I'm sorry to say that I think I'm going to stop working on Ardira Laila right now... it just takes a lot of commitment, which I can't do right now :/ But please feel free to go ahead and do whatever you'd like with the idea of sea otters and all the other ideas we were working on! It's fine with me.
