Some of you may know this game... some of you might not. This is the CB Edition™.

RULES:
- ten CBers may volunteer to play, and one CBer to narrate. Keep in mind the first person who volunteers to be narrator will be the narrator.
- the narrator will choose a Mafia, a Nurse, and a Detective. The Mafia must choose someone to kill, the Nurse will save someone, and the Detective will accuse someone. Everyone will convene to vote someone innocent or guilty. If the Mafia is caught, the people of Nowhere, Nebraska win. If the Mafia kills everyone, the Mafia wins.
- after ten players and one narrator have been chosen, the ten players will then post a character sheet, posted below. For example, I might first post like this:

And then like this:

[insert the rest of the charrie sheet as directed]

Or something like that.
- DO NOT REVEAL YOURSELF, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Everyone will know which CBer is the Mafia, but they won't know which CHARACTER the CBer is RPing as, and therefore, they will not know which character is the Mafia. Likewise for the Nurse and Detective. So if you reveal which charrie is yours, the game is kind of ruined.
- please don't dispute my rules unless they seem unfair. There are millions of versions of Mafia, and to avoid confusion we are just going to use this set.
- be active! If you join this, you need to not drop out immediately- it's characters reactions that will allow people to decide whether one is guilty or innocent.
- if you have any questions, ask them! I'll be happy to answer. You may also ask Sky NightStar or Bakerloo. See footnote.
- you may not narrate twice in a row, unless no one volunteers to narrate next. You may, however, use the same charrie twice in a row if you want to, but this might reveal you to everyone so I advise not doing it.
- in the next game I might shrink or grow the amount of people, this is a test run. I also might make it so that multiple games can go on at the same time.
- if you are the narrator, please remember you are basically running the game: I don't suggest volunteering for this if you've never played Mafia before or if you don't think you'll be able to keep a commitment.

Hi everyone, another opportunity to RP as your charries. If you are Arcy, Aven, or Ginger, you don't know that you were accused/killed/saved yet.

I roll over on the uncomfortable hotel mattress. I feel as if something terrrible is about to happen, but I'm not sure what. This town is strange. I've been writing down my wonderings in a notebook under my pillow... I hope no one finds it.

I'm extremely glad that I was voted innocent -- I have no idea how I would have dealt of I had been voted otherwise. In the warm yellow light of my lamp, I begin my second page of math problems for the night. The possibility of me being arrested (for now) has vanished, but homework has not.

Briar has managed to wedge open their window and crept out. They've armed themself with a long splinter broken off the desk in their hotel room, just in case they run into whoever killed Lavender. They know it's a little risky to be out and about with a murderer on the loose, but they have to find out what's going on here.

You need to submit your request on the same thread that you want deleted so I can find it. And please tell me exactly how the thread starts so I'll know I have the right one. Would you just want me to delete the identity part and leave the rest up?

Ginger had felt safe and comfortable in her tent the night before, but now it felt bare and out in the open. What had happened to Lavender could happen to anyone, and she felt hopelessly unsafe at this little campground in the middle of Nowhere. Unable to sleep with the notion that a murderer was on the loose, Ginger grabbed her backpack, exited her tent, and looked around for a tree to climb.

The mafia felt sick. What had they done? Lavender Clerix is dead. And... it's their fault.
But unless they want to end up the same way Lavender did, which they know they absolutely, positively, do not want, they have to go through with this. Does that make them a coward? Maybe. Does that make them afraid of death? Well, yes.
Does this make them a horrible person?
The mafia hopes not.

Ruby Claire Tremont is twisting and turning in her bed. She didn't know a mattress could possibly be so uncomfortable. And the pillow's not great either, though the hidden notebook certainly isn't making it better either.
Little does she know, she is lying in a bed next door to the room a certain lavender-haired girl had been *attempting to* sleep in the night before.
Maybe that's why she suddenly feels a little bit nauseous, and maybe that's why she has had a bad feeling about this motel from the very beginning.

Or maybe it's because the mafia slipped a colorless, odorless poison into her dinner.
Maybe it's because Arcy Tremont is definitely, positively, about to die.
The mafia wonders, with nausea to match their victim's, who will find her body.

Food poisoning. That's probably what happened, Arcy thinks as she lies miserably in bed, a trash can next to it and the TV turned on to some bad show that the motel happens to have.
Suddenly, she starts to choke.
Then she stops breathing and falls back, limp, on the mattress.

Later, the plumber comes to fix the toilet, which Arcy had called the manager about earlier- it refused to flush- and found Ruby Claire Tremont's dead body in bed.
Screaming, frantic phone calls, and lots of nightmares soon follow.

And as soon as the detective shows up, they accuse a certain Aven Fizzanté of murdering Arcy Tremont.

Apparently, the nurse had yet again been in the wrong place, at the wrong time, attempting to save someone who needed no saving.

The town gathered at Aven's trial just hours after Arcy's dead body had been discovered.

Aven Fizzanté, you have 24 hours (after this posts) to present an alibi and defense for yourself.
@Everyone else, when the 24 hours is over, let's say April 14 12:00 PM PDT, you may post your votes. Guilty or Innocent?
@Arcy, feel free to RP as your ghost, and you can definitely hang out with Lavender's ghost if she's still around too :)

Why did they think it was me?? I'm just a regular kid, who landed here in the middle of nowhere-literally- on my birthday. I might be staying at the same hotel, but how would I have killed Ruby Claire Tremont? I only got here recently, and I have no reason to murder anyone. All that would do would make my life worse after being taken away from my home, friends, and everything I've ever known. Why would I want to do that? Please vote me innocent, you won't regret it. And if you vote me guilty, you will. If you do, you will have possibly ruined a middle-schooler's life-and it's bad enough already. There is no evidence that suggests I killed Ruby Claire Tremont, and I hope that you realize that as well.

Ella shuffles uneasily on the courtroom floor. Aven is her age, and Ella hardly wants to ruin an innocents kid's life. But... what if she wasn't innocent? What if Aven was the murderer? Ella doesn't know if she wants to risk that.
So, she makes up her mind. Aven should be exiled from Nowhere, Nebraska.
