*ahem*
I have discovered the joy of grinding almonds into a paste with amortar in pestle or, as I like to call it, a "mortal and pestle" to remind us that we all die eventually. Yahm anyways, it'd really fun, grinding the almosnds to a paste and works best with blanched almonds.
