Nope, but I love both of those, especially Sky, and actually, my parents almost named me Sky.

@June and Jwyn, I just saw your last posts, and whoa, one of the names you both guessed for me is correct! It shouldn't be too hard to figure out which through process of elimination. ;)

@Everyone who replied to my post towards Spiffycat, and everybody who replied to those people--whoaaaa, you all really elaborated on what I said. This is turning down an argumentative path, so can we all please drop it? I have my own opinions on feminism/gender equality/what the Bible says, and we all do, so let's respect each other's views. Thank you??

But alas, it is not mine.

uhh as for the woman-men agrument... even 'happily equal' isn't nessesarly...true, Rouge. I've been taught my whole life to be submissive and obey the men and well, that's gotten me into a very deep dark hole, and the lack of power or respect made me lose my mind to the point of which i ended up in a mental hospital. That doesn't sound 'happily equal'. And for the record, I know plenty of women who are stronger then 'healthy males of the same age'. I'm one of the strongest kids in my school, and I'm Female at Birth, and don't take hormones or supliments (besides muscel milk lol but who doesnt). That assumption was sexist all in its own, really. Men were hunters back when, but so were woman. Some actually belive that the woman were in charge and ruled the society at this point in time. The division of men and woman happened at the Agricultural Revolution, where they began growing and raising their own food, and they had a lot more free time, everyone wasn't needed to make food. So the woman cared for the children (cause they birthed them, breastfeeding, etc.) while the men cared for the food, and both had time to make advancements such as art and learning and building. Unfortunatly those who controlled the food, controlled them all, so that's where the men-ruled society started. If everyone really is 'happily equal', shouldn't both men and woman be the head of the marriage? Shouldn't they consult each other instead of the male making decissions and consulting the wife? I would apologize for this post, but I see no need, women shouldn't be oppressed. Everyone should be equal, true 'happy equal' not 'saying-they're-equal-but-implying-the-men-should-be-incharge' Ever read Animal farm? It's about communisum. One phrase of the book that is reminds me of is 'everyone's equal, but some are more equal then others' I think that's basically what the sentence you quoted from the Bible implies.

We claerly do not have the same definition of 'obey'. What do you think of when you use 'obey'?
