how is it possible for people to be so unable to get along? I only have to say what I'm daydreaming about for someone to make me feel like the world's difficult and horrible and there's no point in daydreaming... and the weird thing is I have a funny conviction that they're right anyway. Heck yeah, why daydream? Why hold fast to the lovely image you've created? It's not even real anyway.
Meanwhile, apparently I'm just being silly and not attending to the real world, when all I'm trying to do is hold on to the remnants of "illusion" that seemed so beautiful... (and which ARE beautiful anyway, no matter what anyone says)

I just wanted to mention that I absolutely love your name! It makes me think of a spring evening after a rainstorm when you step outside and feel cool and fresh and pure... it's beautiful :)

WAIT THAT'S RIGHT YOU (wait all-caps sorry I'm excited :) ) live where all the cicadas are coming out right??? That's SO COOL!!!!! :DDDDDDD or wait maybe not. Okay Ig not. But. Yeah? Btw I think (emphasis on think) the last time both broods came out at the same time was when Columbus was sailing around, which is also pretty awesome!!

well, technically the cicadas aren't actually where I live, they seem to be avoiding my city. but whenever I go anywhere else, such as in the middle of nowhere on the side of a road, it's the cicada-pocalypse. honestly I'm kinda happy that the cicadas aren't near my house, 'cuz those things are very loud.
