Languages!Hi
Languages!
Hi! What languages does everybuggy speak/learn?
I am currently learning Korean (Annyeonhuseyo) which I honestly find very difficult. Saying hello and thank you would probably be the extent of my skill. I tried Italian once and thoroughly enjoyed it (bonjourno) and next year I will be doing Japanese. I already know a few words in Japanese, since I travelled to Japan not long ago.
Anyway, I am curious to know about you guys.
RANDOM QUIZ QUESTION: What is the meaning of this word, and what language does it come from?
Bechá
(don't look it up on the internet it's cheating!)
Arigato, and enjoy!

Oh yeah, Pig Latin. I don't usually think of that as a language; it's kind of like a spoken code. But I know it.

Cool idea! I'm learning Swedish because my family comes from Sweden. I've been learning for the past two years. I'm not very good though. Haha! But halla everybuggy!

My first language is French, but I'm fluent in English too. I'm not really sure which language I want to learn next, but I've recently taken a liking to Japanese. Maybe even Greek and Russian too.

Cool! Another fluent French speaker! Did you live in France? (I'm just bilingual because my mom is part French.)

@Ilypad-lay
I-ay peak-say ig-pay atin-lay!
My Pig Latin is doing okay, but I really want to learn Ubbie Dubbie. I'm taking French in school, I can say and recognize a couple of characters in Chinese (Ex; I think I can say toilet, moon, all numbers 1-100, my Chinese name, kitchen, "Ohmigosh! A moose!" and maybe I can say blueberry.), and I am fluent in English.

I know a few words in Spanish, and a few in Swedish, and I'm learning Greek for school. Also--and I'm really excited about this one--I'm learning Quenya Elvish with my friend! I know quite a few words and phrases.
And I don't know about your word, LilyPad. Sorry!

I’m actually learning Spanish in school, Norwegian on my own, and a little Korean on the side :]
Norwegian I’m the best at, and I learned a lot through Duolingo and other language apps, as well as YouTube videos and Norwegian songs! Jeg er ikke flytende ennå, men jeg vet ganske mye.
Spanish is my second best and I’m just learning it in school. Not too exciting aha. No es fluido aquí tampoco, nuevemente sé bastante.
Koren I honestly don’t know much of, although I know the alphabet (한글) and some basic phrases 안녕하세요, 리리 팓! (tried to sound out Lily Pad in Hangul, ahaha). I’ve learned this from duolingo and YouTube videos. :)
So yeah! It’s cool that Lily Pad is also learning Korean, and ill have to read through the rest of the comments to see if anyone else is learning Norwegian becuase that’s my favorite!
I would also love to learn Mandarin, but I don’t know if that will happen any time soon aha. :)

I speak English very well. And I'm pretty good at Pig Latin... I know a bit of Latin because of English words derived from Latin, and I'm learning Hebrew. Partly because of Hebrew school, and because I'm taking it as my language regent next year. And some ancient Arimaic because of the Talmud.

I know about a 5th of Hawaiian, a 50th of French, two words in German and Japanese, about ten words in Spanish, and a lot of English.

That is so cool! I am using Duolingo too.

I speak English and am in my second year of Spanish. I can do Pig Latin, but that is about the extent of my language abilities. My parents speak French, but sadly they decided not to make me bilingual (tear), so I don't know any French.
