That sounds terrible! I really hope you and everyone else who lives nearby will be alright, that the fire will be put out. If you get scared, think of all these people on this thread who care about you.

I'm so sorry! I hope you are all ok! I know how terrible fires can be. I'm not very religious, but I'll keep you in my thoughts and pray for you anyways!

Oh, no, Brooklyn! I'm so sorry! I will definitely keep you and your family and everyone else in your state in my prayers. Remember, it's going to be okay. :)

As for everyone else, the fire has gone down considerably, and is now travling up the mountain. It did rain, so that helped a lot. Breck is not under pre-evacuation anymore, and I'm pretty sure its safe for Peak 7 to return. The fire will probably burn itself out by the end of tomorrow.  

Thank you for the update on the fire, Claaws. We're grateful to hear that the worst seems to be over for your area.
