Pokemon Conquest is
Pokemon Conquest is a really great Pokemon strategy game that combines feudal Japan with Pokemon. It was made by a partnership of Samurai Warriors and Pokemon which is, admittedy, a really bizarre partnership. The important Warlords in this game, however, have very cool costumes that are a combination of traditional Japanase clothing, the look of their partner Pokemon, and sometimes, very odd things. (Look up Kenshin to see him wearing a curtain and a set of tassles.)
I'm not good at art at all, but I'd like to draw Warlord versions of you guys with your favorite Pokemon. Please give me one Pokemon only, and if you give me an evolutionary line, then I'll choose the most evolved one to base your costume on unless you specify otherwise. If there's a way you'd like your Warlord to look in terms of physical features, do tell me, or else they'll probably end up looking like the avatar version of you that I made. Lastly, if you'd like a weapon, specify what you'd like and it shall be given.

This is cool, Ruby! Good idea!
But now I've got to choose a Pokémon... I suppose it would be Ninetails. I'm a big fan of Blaziken, Umbreon, and Rapidash too, but I'd choose Ninetails over them (I think).
Oops, I'm getting warmed up for a ramble. Sorry.

Sorry for both bad drawing and bad photography,
So, Ninetails is based off the Japanese monster kitsune, but kitsune are somewhat boring in my opinion, and so I based this drawing off an idea of Amaterasu, the Japanese sun goddess. I looked at pictures of Amaterasu from wikipedia, then Smite, then Devil Survivor, then I chucked most of those ideas out. I kept the kind of sun headdress thingy she has in almost all her depictions.
I based the face and hair off of the anime creator image I made of you. For the clothing, this St. Owl is wearing a furisode (fancy winter kimono) and sode, samurai plate armor worn on the shoulders. The sode shows that even though you and Ninetales appear to be peaceful, you're both warriors. On the chest of the furisode I put the Pokemon fire symbol because of Ninetales and your love of fire types (it's the best type). On the hanging sleeves of the furisode is a Mew on the right side and a "mysteeerrriouuuss" pokemon on the left (I bet you can guess) due to Vulpix's location in the Pokemon Mansion. The bottom of the furisode splits into nine pieces of cloth which represents the nine tales of your Pokemon, in addition to giving you more of a mythical goddess look.
Because all Samurai Warriors characters have weapons, (usually really bizarre ones), I gave you a whip called the Cat o Nine Tales.
Hope you like it!

Ruby, it's absolutely excellent! I love how much thought you put into your representations.
(Fire is totally the best Type.)

Wow. That sounds like my kind of game. Strategy and Pokemon? Yes please.
And yes, please make me! My pokemon? Torchic. Wait, what's it's most evolved form again? *opens new tab and googles it* Come on ... WHERE THE HECK IS IT?! Well ... Combusken is it's next form ... then Blaziken ... Hey that's what my Torchic is right now ... And then it can Mega Evolve into Mega Blaziken.
Um ... Then what would you draw it as?

I'd probably do a Blaziken for you, unless you'd prefer something else.

Nah, that's fine.

My favorite Pokémon is Absol.

Oh, my Mew, yes please! I'm a giant Pokemon fan. It'd be awesome if you could draw me with my favorite Pokemon, Raichu.
If you can, leave out the fluffy scarf you put in my avatar art. I don't mean to be rude, but I don't nomrally wear scarves. That's all, and I would be so happy if you drew me!
P.S. I'll be sure to check out Pokemon Conquest.

I BEAT THAT GAME!!!
Could you draw me? My favorite Pokemon is Verizion....

I don't play Pokemon (I know Pikachu at least), but may I have one?
I googled the characters, and my fav would probably be one called Leafeon?

The saga of horrendous art continues.
I tried to give you the ponytail you added in your avatar version of yourself. Besides that, you are wearing
- a karate gi (the basic outfit thingy you wear) because Blaziken is a fighting Pokemon and nothing screams Japan and fighting like sumo and martial arts
- a happi (a kind of coat worn at festivals) mostly to spice things up, because the more doodads you add, the better it becomes, right? Right. This happi has an emblem of the Hoenn Battle Federation logo on the sleeve to reinforce the fighter idea.
- Over both the happi and the gi is the happi belt (a gi has a belt too, but it looks slightly different and depending on your sport, it requires some spooky knots that I can't draw or type) which has two characters. The first means morning and is pronounced Cho, so it's your name! By itself, it doesn't get pronounced as Cho, so I added the word meal to it. So not it's pronounced as Cho and means breakfast. Excellent, I think.
- gi pants with yellow "flame" patterns on the side to match Blaziken
- a focus band around your forehead (Blaziken's got a matching one) with two chicken feathers tucked in it
- a deformed foot because I was trying to show it was further back than the other one, but perspective is a foreign concept in these parts
- half an invisible Blaziken leg because I erased it and forgot to put it back in around Cho
- nunchucks because cool karate weapon
I hope you like it!
