Pokemon Conquest is
Pokemon Conquest is a really great Pokemon strategy game that combines feudal Japan with Pokemon. It was made by a partnership of Samurai Warriors and Pokemon which is, admittedy, a really bizarre partnership. The important Warlords in this game, however, have very cool costumes that are a combination of traditional Japanase clothing, the look of their partner Pokemon, and sometimes, very odd things. (Look up Kenshin to see him wearing a curtain and a set of tassles.)
I'm not good at art at all, but I'd like to draw Warlord versions of you guys with your favorite Pokemon. Please give me one Pokemon only, and if you give me an evolutionary line, then I'll choose the most evolved one to base your costume on unless you specify otherwise. If there's a way you'd like your Warlord to look in terms of physical features, do tell me, or else they'll probably end up looking like the avatar version of you that I made. Lastly, if you'd like a weapon, specify what you'd like and it shall be given.

Yeah, sorry- I'm in the middle of a large testing block (SAT, ACT, an AP, two IBs, and six finals) so I'm trying to do the best I can. I'll try to get some more up this week.

Absol is based on a Chinese monster called Bai Ze which predicts disasters, and I looked up the Bai Ze and found a Japanese version of the monster, the Hakutaku. The Hakutaku is said to predict disasters, like Absol, and because it once predicted a plague, it's associated with medicine. So I went for a medicine woman approach.
I used the Balletandbow image of you for the face and hair. Your character is wearing a sort of pseudo kimono made out of lichen that the Bai Ze and Hakutaku are usually drawn with. The undergarment (idk the name) is made of leaves. The sash, called obi, has a flower print on it to continue to the theme of herbs and nature. You also have a necklace with three small claws on it to match Absol's three claws and a medicine pouch on the obi.
My granny is a Cherokee medicine woman (I mean, not technically, but she serves as a medicine woman for a group of fellow spiritual people and she's Cherokee herself) and she always wears hawk or eagle feathers on the side of her head. The buns were a bit in the way, but I put crow feathers to represent death and disaster.
The weapon is a sickle. It matches the shape on Absol's head and also symbolizes both death and nature, so hey, here we go. It seemed to fit very well.
Sorry for the long wait. I'm done with the IB tests so I'll be able to get a few more done before finals this week.

*thumbs up* Thanks, Ruby! The information is very interesting and the drawing is cool. Speaking of Pokemon, I'm going to begin a challenge today (I made it up) called Draw Pokemon! So basically it's where you draw every Pokemon's basic stage. I wonder how many notebooks I'll need........
