I'm telling you guys something I haven't told anybody yet. My family and I have known since April 2nd. It's a good thing, don't worry! I've just been keeping it a secret so long....
I haven't even told my best friend.
Although I guess Maple might find out if she comes on.
It's not that big of a deal, but it is to me.
Everyone will figure out on Monday at school....

I've never kept a secret that long! And yeah, I know, glasses don't really mean anything important. But they do to me! And I'm really really happy excited fantabulous at the moment! Because in two days I will officially look like what I am! A nerd! YAY!!!

Oh mah cat, will the both of you just be quiet? I'm sick of your fighting! Honestly, I think you just do it to irritate everyone on here. My cat, all you two do is argue! Why!! I mean, both of you are perfectly nice people, but why fight? Don't you have more... Intelligent things to do? Please stop! I mean, there are people out there who just irritate you and you're too intelligent to leave those snappy remarks behind, but I don't think that's the case here. It's like poking a stick at a bear. It gets mad and you fight. End of story. Forgive me for my rant. I just felt it was necessary.
And Savvy - I have glasses too. It's nothing to worry about, just you need to clean the lenses occasionally.

Mei and Cho, you two are both really awesome people, and I'm really sorry you can't get along better. But I really, really, really, really, want to stop these battles from forming a war. Cho likes her name, she has the right not to feel guilty about using it. That should be it.

I've always been a nerd, but when a lot of people look at me, they don't think I am because of stereotypes. I'm not saying I like stereotypes, but a lot of people use them, so when I get glasses, stereotypical people will finally look at me and be like "Oh, she must be a nerd!" Which is correct, but when I don't have glasses stereotypical people would look at me and be like "She looks like a girly girl!" Hope that clears it up!

You can be whatever you want to be. You are ALREADY a nerd if you've identified as that before. Glasses can't make you that, because that's already who you are.
Like when people assume blond people must be dumb. "Oh, her hair is blond. She must be stupid!" Like, really?! Really?! REALLY?!?!?!

Yay! Less... Blurryness! I have a really mild prescription though. They almost didn't give me glasses but I was like "I REALLY WANT GLASSES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!" Okay, I didn't say that, but I thought it, and I knew they almost didn't give me glasses. Also, Ellie got contacts! She got another pair of glasses as well, so she'll still wear glasses about half of the time.
