YOU KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD DO WE SHOULD HAVE A SUMMER CAMP FOR CBERS!!!!! I WOULD SEE BHR AND TERESA AND DANIE AND AIR AND MAGIC DRAGON AND THE WHOLE LOT OF THEM AND MY LIFE WOULD BE COMPLETE (or a lot more complete than it is now...)
Okay, Indigo, don't be crazy. Let's be practical so we can figure out how we would actually be able to do this.
It might be hard to do one for ALL of the CBers- some live in England and other countries and only a few people actually live in the same state. I wouldn't be able to see everyone but I mean meeting a few CBers is better than none, right? We could have a Camp for CA (There are a heck of a lot of CBers in CA, and I know there are like three or four people in the same city) and maybe a few other states with CA, and then some for NY and up north, and then some for down south near BHR and... yeah.
We could have it be more writing based and we could also do other physical things but most importantly for me would be seeing what everyone looks like in real life and learning those little things like what color their toothbrush is.
I know it would be hard to do and I would definitely not expect it to happen this summer, probably not the next or maybe not until I'm a teenager. But one of my longtime, heartfelt dreams that may never be fullfilled but is always there with me is seeing these people who have made my life so much more bearable. Up there with having wings and flying, publishing a book, and having Hogwarts be real, is meeting these people who are... who are so good they should get prizes for being awesome!
I also know it is not your Admins or magazine editors forté.
But please please please consider it. Ask the people who figure that kind of things out. Cuz I think it would a huge hit with the other CBers and Cricket Readers. And it would probably make me cry if it actually did happen.

On the other hand, I would find it really weird to see any of you in the shape of a normal human, and would probably be totally freaked out.

That would be great, except... *small voice* Myfamilydoesn'tknowigetonthechatterbox... and they wouldn't let me go to a camp, I can't even go to sleepaway camp!

Oh my gosh, I would love this! It's too bad I live on the other side of the country (from CA), though... I think having one in the more rural part of NY would be a good idea, and it should probably be sleepaway?
I like the Skype idea too.
But this is a really good idea! If we could find good places to hold the camps, then we could really do this... maybe some of the older CBers could be counselors at the beginning or something?

This sounds awesome! Would you pay? Probably. :( I'm already going to 2 probably overpriced camps this summer, so if it's paid... no. Maybe if it's not and maybe if I REALLY beg my parents, I could go to one in NY since I live right nextdoor in PA. So NY is good. Cali is not so if there's only 1 and it's in Cali... my cousins could go! But not me. so NY and cheap or free and I'm good! Um, yeah probably not going. I'LL TRY! I'M WILLING TO PAY IF IT'S... *COUNTS MONEY* ABOUT $70 OR LESS!

l like the Skype idea. It would be way more convent for me and lots of others. However, l'm don't know if that kind of program would work on my laptop. It's really old and very small and about 25% of things don't work on it.

Do you have any other computer? Perhaps a phone, or other device? Skype can work on pretty much anything.

I have Skype and we would really only need one laptop we could all just gather around so....

This does sound cool, but I live in northern Texas, so I probably won't be able to come.
But at the same time, this might be a bad idea. Someone could just sneak on here, check where and when we're going, and then go and kidnap the lot of us! :(
