What age do
What age do people think you are?
Just out of curiosity, I decided to make a thread and ask. I'm thirteen now, and many people guess that I'm fifteen or sixteen It's nutty how many times I get that. I'm not that tall for my age, but people will often guess that I'm about three years older than I am. It doesn't really matter who - I've been told that I look sixteen by both kids my age, younger than me, and adults. I have a lot of stories that I can tell about people guessing that I was older than I am - it's getting a bit tiring.
I was wondering - what age do people guess that you are? Any interesting stories?
(Also, hi, guys! I haven't been posting a lot, and I'm generally not one of those people who make threads anyway, but my action on CB has been soming down a bit. But don't worry, I'm there, watching everything.)

Well, people have always thought that I'm at least 2 years older than I am, and are usually shocked when they find out my age. One time when I was 12, someone couldn't believe that I wasn't 14 and kept asking me if I was sure. "Yep, I'm pretty sure I know how old I am." Last year I was getting senior in high school a lot when I was really just going into my freshman year. They kept asking where I was going to collage and if I had just graduated and I was like "I don't know, I'm just figuring out what I'm doing for high school," and "Yeah, I just graduated... from middle school."

A year ago I casully meantioned I was ten and a lot of people were surprised. Some of them had thought I was fourteen! However when I asked Magic Dragon a couple of days ago she seemed to think I was eleven or twelve.

Oh yes, people often guess I am two or three years older than I am. This is mainly due to the fact that I'm a little taller than most people my age and my voice is lower than most the girls my age (and some of the boys). In fact I was somewhere with my Mom the other day and one of her friends was like "Oh this must be your daughter, How old is she?" and was very surprised at how old I actually am!

I have the opposite problem. People often assume I'me nine or ten, when in reality I'm 13. It gets a little annoying once in a while, but really it's quite funny.

People very often mistake me for my sister, who is two years older l am. l think it's partly because we're the same height. It's kind of annoying. lt doesn't help that we have different hair colors, and that l wear glasses.
They always, always mix us up, like we're twins. Arg.
So, people think l'm 13 most of the time.
