Hey guys .. been away for awhile .. not sure if anyone noticed but oh well . I'm gonna probably get on veeery little until summer , I've been really busy w. school & sports .
Anyway this is a thread for teens ! I guess I'll do it like a quiz ? Lol .

How old are you ? 14
What grade are you in ? Sophmore .. 10'th
Do you play a sport ? Yes , track .
Do you like to excercize ? Yes , I love it . It's one of the things that relieves stress . I feel like no one else matters , even if others are around , and nothing else matters , even if my world is full of chaos . Working out is MY time and it helps me focus on MY body .
Are you more sports or academic oriented ? Since this is the first year I've playeed a sport , I'd say I'm more adacemic oriented . I love reading & writing & computers ..
Do you have a job ? Yes . My parents own two businesses . One is upholstery and the other is bounce houses . I usually help my dad run the bounce house if there's an event in the square or I clean tarps .
Are your friends mostly older , younger , or the same age ? My friends are mostly older or the same age . Most of them are 15 or 16 though .
Do you have a lot of drama since becoming a teen ? Yeah , waaaaay more . A lot of it isn't even stuff I've created , it's stuff I've been drawn into .
Do you have a best friend ? Yes ! I have about 3 . Jessica , Justin , & Chelsea !
What's the best part of being over 13 ? I'd say being able to do more things & have more opportunities that my siblings don't have ..
What's the hardest part of being over 13 ? The responsibility and the drama.
Do you date ( that's an optional one , lol ) ? No . Well there's a couple reasons why .. usually I'll talk to a guy and it'll end before we even start going out .. second reason is I'm not alllowed to date yet ( still have like 2 years ) .. and because most of the guys I talk to are jerks that don't take anything serious ...
Do you have an idea of what you want to do when you graduate ? Yes I do ! I'm graduating at 16 , living at home till 18 then I'm going to go to school for either law or business !

& wow , there's a bunch of swimmers here ! I love swimming . I'm built to be a swimmer , I have really nice abs & upper body but my legs are my weakest point ( I mean they're toned , and have muscle but they're not like super strong lol ) . Unfortunately , my school doesn't have swimming & neither do any of the public schools in my town , & the town that does , it's really expensive ! So for all you swimmers , at your next meet think of me !

I'm more academic. Books are my air.

My friends are all ages. I have very few, maybe 1 that's my age. Then I either have friends way older or way younger.
Do you have a lot of drama since becoming a teen?
No! Thank God for that.
Do you have a best friend?
Yes. I have 2 real life best friends, and multiple invisible friends.
What's the best part of being over 13?
I get to read more books I probably couldn't have when I was younger, and I can understand a lot more.
What's the hardest part of being over 13?
EVERYTHING. It's really stressful, and it's seriously not fun to be 'kind of grown-up but not quite'. I wish I were an old lady for that.

No. I have no interest in it, either.
Do you have an idea of what you want to do when you graduate?
Yes! I want to be a psychiatrist.

Not much interested in sports, but yes. Fencing. Training against my will for a half-marathon at the discretion of parents.
Do you like to exercize?
Nooo. I'm tall and skinny, I've always been tall and skinny, I walk. I run when I'm really excited to get somewhere.
Are you more sports or academic oriented?
Neither. I am moviemaking and fanboy oriented. I am an ARTISTE.
Do you have a job?
Yes. Doing a WorkStudy program at Moore College of Art of Design to pay the tuition for my Intro to Gaming Design class. Not that we can't afford it, my mom just thought it'd be a good idea. It's something to do.
Are your friends mostly older, younger, or the same age?
I don't have many friends. One I met a few weeks ago is 14, one who's writing to me is 16. And I have lots of internet friends. I'm okay at socializing, but I don't see my friends in person a lot and they often don't write/e-mail me back. And so then I'm like, "Okay, you don't talk to me, I won't talk to you!" Which isn't helpful.

Um. Um um um. Maybe being able to go everywhere by myself.

No. I wish. Well, I did just start seeing this girl at Moore every Saturday but it's not exactly a date... *psst, she's hot*
Do you have an idea of what you want to do when you graduate?
Make movies. Write awesome stories. If you mean graudate college. If you mean graduate high school... well I'm homeschooled, but anyway, once I complete the homeschooling equivalent of high school I want to go to film school or something awesome that will help me towards making movies. Or some other awesome entertainment-related department I might pursue (video games, TV, writing, acting, or something).

1. I am 15.
2. I am a sophomore.
3. I play tennis. We on math team and scholastic bowl like to pretend what we do is a sport. It's not.
4. I kind of like to exercise. I like it better if it's a competition.
5. I'm more academic oriented, but I definitely will push some things aside for sports.
6. No job yet, put I'll be working over the summer at the one tennis club or for the park district. I'd rather work for the park district but the age requirement is 16, which I don't reach until the middle of the summer.
7. My close friends are all in the same grade as I am, but two of them skipped a grade so they're actually younger than me.
8. It's not usually my drama, it's usually gossip about other people's.
9. I have four best friends.
10. I think the best part of being over 13 is both the expansion (and contraction) of freedom.
11. The hardest part of being over 13 for me is exploring the world and realizing those definitive lines of childhood are more like smudges. I know less about myself than I used to and I keep discovering other parts of myself that I don't understand. It's hard.
12. I do date. I'm dating a guy.
13. I'd like to do something in bioengineering or computer science. That or the United States Naval Academy.

Are your friends mostly older, younger, or the same age? I... only have one friend outside of school, and she's older. I'm pretty sure there are a few people in my grade who count as friends, but I'm bad at drawing the line between friends and acquaintances. Most of my Internet friends are older than me.
Do you have a lot of drama since becoming a teen? No. I don't talk to people enough for that.

What's the best part of being over 13? My classes are more interesting than they were in middle school.

Do you have an idea of what you want to do when you graduate? Graduate from high school, you mean? Go to college. I want to study biology. Once I'm qualified, I'd like to actually be a biologist, but I know I will have to make money in the meantime as well. Graduate school is expensive. I haven't thought much about that.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE being outside and I have SOOOO much energy, so I exercise for over an hour like every day:)

Academic. Everyone in my art/music group at school says I'm bright. Thats because I will ramdomly tell them they share 75% of the same DNA as a slug:)

No, but I volunteer at the school library. Yeah, more book reshelving (I have a lot of books in my room that somehow end up all over my floor:)

Older and Younger. Only two of my friends are my age

Again, not a teen QUITE. My parents tell me I act like one though. Not much drama, only a little at school when everyone was saying a boy that I'm friends with and I would make a good couple:O

YES. A lot of my friends I'm really close to.

I wish I did!! Even if I had some one like that, I doubt my parents would let me until I was like, 15. They wouldn't even like me bike all the way around our block on my own:( Lets say they are overprotective.

LOL, just have to say this. My dad is a teacher at the school, and every morning they announce birthdays, and since today is the day before February break, they announced all the ones that are happening over it and they announced mine!!! Considering I have no permanent record there, its pretty funny:)

No offense guys , I'm not trying like put an age limit or anything lol but THIRTEEN & above is a teen . 12 isn't .
I mainly posted this for high schoolers , I guess I shouldn't have put "teens" . But just to clear it up : 12 isn't a teen , 13 - 19 is . So pretty much 8 - 12th grade .

For amusement, I have decided to answer these questions. Also, we don't want to do homework.
How old are you?
I am the illustrious age of fourteen years.
What grade are you in?
Freshman in high school.
Do you play a sport?
Nope.
Do you like to exercize?
... I guess? I kind of like flopping around, but I'm pretty hyper so I'm constantly bouncing around, so I'm pretty active.
Are you more sports or academic oriented?
The school we go to is very, very academic oriented. Our football team is a bit of a school joke. It has the record for longest losses streak in Northern California.
Do you have a job?
Nope.
Are your friends mostly older, younger, or the same age?
Our friends are all the same age or thereabouts. We're the youngest in the school, and most upperclassmen don't really pay attention to us.

There's always been a bit of drama since I was born. I suppose it's an occupational hazard. (Recently, since about the end of last year, there has been some "teen drama" but not much.)

Ruby~~ <3 There, that's disgusting enough to annoy him. Humanwise, not really. We used to be very close to some people, but we've kind of drifted away.

I would try, but sadly, girls see right through my advances. I suppose my intentions must be too transparent. My good points must simply be invisible to them. I have way too many puns for this topic. Moving on!

No idea. We'll probably go to college. I predict Ruby will hole up in a dorm room and do homework while I attempt to drag him out to go do weird college stuff.
